Nope, the capability of getting louder is going to be unlocked in your install and setup and not by swapping out drivers. They should be pretty comparable.

Since you have two pc's are you using a router or two modem's? First, of course shut everything off, turn on the modem first, and then boot everything else up. Always good to reset evertyhing when running WinSuck.

Less port area = lower tuning, so at least your error is in the right direction. -
