And he is a good seller btw -
Anyone use non-satellite or non-cable for TV? Or if I asked more straightforward I mean TV over internet? Curious how to lower a bill for a service we barely turn on...

If people want to learn it is easy to take things the right way, Billy Jack doesn't want to. Sucks

2 steps back. All the settings you have are pointless without knowing what they are connected to and your goals -
3-Way Active Which Midwoofers & Tweeters For My Application?
///M5 replied to TX98Z28's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
The d2904 is a small format tweeter if you find the 6000/6001 which is what I was referring to. It isn't only full range that can kill a tweet.. Lots of knobs to turn, better to do it with disposable shit first. -
un then. j/k. Goal of my posts are to always make the OP think so that not only do they get an answer, but understand why. Some people have a really hard time with that and never want to think. Of course, they read everything I type the wrong way. It is definitely a problem with typed word. The person reading it can choose how they want to read it and if you choose to read it negatively no matter how positive the message is there is the possibility to read it the opposite way.

Sound systems start with a low noise floor. Best way to do that is to deaden effectively. Of course, this helps even if you don't want a sound system

You found the wrong D2904...but that is my fault, I forgot it was discontinued. Was referring to the 6000 or 6001 version which is a small format tweeter. Regrettably I have no experience first hand with the 3004, but expect it is probably fine. That being said, it is still a really expensive tweeter...which makes me want to ask the question of whether you have run active before or not? Reason being is that it is far from unusual in a first active installation to pop a tweeter. I'd hate to see you pop a scan speak... -
I don't mind being teased if it ends in being pleased

I need to get back to Singapore. Hate the weather, but really miss the city for some reason. Such a crazy Western thing tucked in SE Asia.
-
Hong Kong or Singapore could too, but when you add the ticket and hotel you are fucked.
-
The latter can be quite the bill. Thailand would fix that.

That wasn't enough snow to be useful either.

Always the idiot kicker

Even if we had snow it does me no good until Dec 1

I am jealous!

After the way the Vikings played again you may need something stronger.

Up here they trim them so I just get the whole thing and portion it.

In the exact same mode here. Did pizza on the egg last night.

High amperage fuse question
///M5 replied to SpeakerBoy's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Sorry, what is confusing? Simply don't over fuse the wire. The rest follows. ie, size the wire appropriately for your install and then fuse as well. The caveat of course is that you can always use a smaller fuse than the wire requires, but never the other way. -
Good to see the project move forward!

Everything is a trade-off and no matter what you choose that will happen. That car isn't super friendly for audio. I'm 6'7" so kicks in that car would be terrible for me. I can't say I love the pillar locations either. Besides the geometry of the car the pillars also really restrict your tweeter choice. Some of the goal of getting the tweeters high is to get them to play a bunch of the frequency spectra. This means a big ballsy tweeter. In your case, that either means spending dough on something like a Scan D2904 or using a large format tweeter. Fitting the large format up there will take some custom work. -
Congrats freaker!
