Try an Aeropress. Add a good grinder and it is the best budget setup. Peruse craigslist for Mazzer, Macap and the like. Once you have the grinder the coffee machine is easier.
-
It is what I bought for my parents.
-
The problem is the grinder. Used you can probably get buy with $200 for a grinder and $400-600 for a machine. Rancilio Silvia with PID mod is the budget machine (from when I shopped). Add a Macap Stepless and you will have an AWESOME setup.

but as we know my stomach asks for different shit than yours

Coffee here isn't bitter. Every single person that has had one here that normally takes sugar in a coffee to deal with that says they don't need it.
-
It gets me harder than espresso. Something more gentle about it in every way. Sure way to get me to take a dumb is a monster size strong french press.

Nice. I don't see green beans on their site though Coffee beans are great from about 3-12 days after roasting. First couple and they haven't outgassed enough and after 12 they lose the capability to release their oils nicely. In the metro here there are at least 60 shops that sell beans roasted that day or close. Makes a HUGE difference. Bigger than going from a good bean to a bad bean.

MORE practice

So yes, I am a nut in everything I do.

The boiling water on tap at all times of the day is nice too. I also use the steam wand for spot cleaning clothes in particular dry clean only clothes.

16g per shot or 28 cappuccinos per pound. Shit is $20/lb though so I buy them green for $4/lb. https://www.sweetmarias.com/product/sweet-marias-espresso-monkey-blend-2653 Need a behmor roaster then too https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PKEZ3M6/ref=asc_df_B00PKEZ3M65223954/?tag=hyprod-20&creative=394997&creativeASIN=B00PKEZ3M6&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167144008776&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3051644972899411714&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9019596&hvtargid=pla-303474368844 My payoff happened fast. I NEVER go to a coffee shop and buy anything there as they all suck in comparison. Perfect caps, latte's, americano's, espresso, breve, hot chocolate, mocha, all in less than 2 minutes.

Social drink too, I can't pull a single. Doubles easy.
-
Can't have 10 cups a day though. 16grams of beans per double.
-
You get yummies like this though

Ha, needs one of these too. https://prima-coffee.com/equipment/mazzer/super-jolly-e?gclid=CjwKCAjwmqHPBRBQEiwAOvbR87mtYtgpC0R9VJ_aZ4iBDVdemOq7hlqGSpehsh_PfWdlKXYtkvk72RoC4AwQAvD_BwE But instead of dropping 1k on one I bought a beat to shit one on CL for $75. Nice that Starbucks went from real machines to shitty full auto ones and sold off their killer gear cheap.

Kinky...but I like it.

This is what I use: https://www.chriscoffee.com/Vetrano-2B-Evo-p/0995p-a-evoled.htm My isn't the 2B, but also was half the price. Holy hell.

Those are completely useless. A ball alone is helpful...for a VERY short period of time. I bought one of these in 85cm (yes I am tall lol) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0018E8EOG/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It functionally helped during my rehab (slipped disk) for about 2 weeks after which time I learned to balance on it. Add the chair thing to it and you wouldn't need to learn anything. The goal of the ball is to use the muscles constantly but as soon as you become comfortable enough to slouch on it the benefit goes away. Afterwards I bought a stand up desk and a Herman Miller Embody https://store.hermanmiller.com/office/office-chairs/embody-task-chair/4737.html?lang=en_US&mrkgcl=583&mrkgadid=2992508917&rkg_id=h-7c77f262fc38343619727d3f84187a7f_t-1508441768&adpos=1t1&creative=50000961457&device=c&matchtype=e&network=g&gclid=CjwKCAjwmqHPBRBQEiwAOvbR80PnjFUGG22H9nR9WyKExHfkBfFckB4fcTYd7oShjAJ8oiyJg7gbpxoC_VEQAvD_BwE It does wonders compared to the ball. The stand up desk as well. I bought just the motorized legs and used a table top I had. Here is where I chose from: https://www.upliftdesk.com/adjustable-height-desks/?gclid=CjwKCAjwmqHPBRBQEiwAOvbR8-NhAvnT5L9xa9rZKZjUh6yGcT3ehbzrsnxMJH9WURaQjVfepTfRUBoCBO0QAvD_BwE

Interested in said stretches.

There is one type of "cardio" I recommend to do with all women...but I hope at this piont you already have that one figured out.
-
That isn't decoupled, I see 8 rather coupled locations...
-
Thank god I bought before the switch. Sucks when Windows 11 or whatever the fuck comes out.

I have a pair of those...don't like them, although I could have sworn mine were the XT19 derivatives. WIll have to go downstairs and look. Either way, no balls on the bottom end. The F1 status Alpine tweet made by Scan however though I LOVE.
