As of today I am down to 2 inputs to the idiot box. One PC connection in the case I want to use it that way and one Roku. All the kids DVD's and Blu Rays are on the NAS and stream to the Roku. More interesting to you all, I've retired my Squeezebox...amusingly because my Logitech remote won't control it. I bought a Play-Fi receiver since I like the app and fully expect that the Harmony hub will control it soon. If not, I find it easier to control music from my phone OR the computer rather than just the computer. Starting with just one zone split and the Logitech app to balance the rooms, but may change and add another receiver.

Mostly because stupid logitech uses 2.5mm plugs on their IR stuff. WTFBBQ?

Warranty registered on the Def Tech bar replacement. Back to 3.1 with simulated surround. More than adequate for the bedroom. Pics later. Waiting for a couple chords yet from Monoprice to clean up the wiring.

Of course you are, because we have NONE

Your peak was at 29Hz lol...the spl number without frequency is rather unimportant.

Chrysler 300 2013 Fresh Build *DIY BEGINNER VIDEOS ATTACHED*

Should really take a step back. List everything you have and where you want to go. Then we can help. The dimming has NOTHING to do with the wiring you showed us.- 21 replies

A Brat WRX. Nice. I had a Brat in high school. Best $300 car I've ever bought.
-
I am not a bass head, but it is EASY to get me to get a larger diameter driver. In the 10" domain those are nice, but if you can fit a larger enclosure there can be a win there too.
-
All the specs aren't worth reading like that. All that being said the HO is a great driver.
-
And if you sell it on Ebay you get cash to buy whatever the fuck you want. I don't get that app...
-
It is a used surge protector that was horribly overpriced up front. New it was worth $20 maybe. Used I wouldn't buy it. Sell it on Craigslist to some idiot.
-
It isn't worth $50.
-
Atmos takes more drivers. Need some to bounce off the ceiling.
-
If it weren't for the electronics then no biggie. The ML bar above with the ribbons has 7 amplifiers and a significant DSP simulating the 2 rear channels it is missing.
-
Compared to any other bar, it kills. The B&W may be just as good, but that one is on sale for $699. The B&W can be bought as a store demo for $650. I didn't even compare it as I don't want a store demo from a boutique. Not because they beat on it, but because it is as close to serial number 1 that you can get from a company that does NOT make a lot of volume.
-
Folded ribbons and 4 4" drivers will blend with a sub Heavy as hell to hang on the TV though.
-
Or more
-
That is a center channel. Sound bar has 3 channels built in
-
Understandable. In that volume you can surely gain doing something else and only give up something you may not miss.
-
A new tv will be a WAY better choice.
-
Unless you buy the Martin Logan or Bowers & Wilkins soundbar. Then they can blend. Or one step better build your own with real drivers.
-
Not that I am not stating the obvious, but I was hoping. The uber array from Yamaha may have enough cojones.
-
If you have to put the sub right up next to the TV and bar then you might as well put a bunch of other shit there too.
