Mine were some electronic warehouse special
-
I won't comment on the bullet tweeters I had running with them.

Worked super well for the ultra low beast of the late 80's and early 90's
-
J, just busting your balls although I am surely shocked that a flavor enhancer isn't desirable.

I like the long term tracking as much as the remote monitoring. A subset for me is that my home automation system can then control it as well

3 JBL 1500GTI's in my trunk...

I can't say that I listened to the link, have other music playing already. Know it well enough though. Broadway in Fargo was our cruising street at the time. Used to bump the shit out of it
-
And some audio dubbing of course
-
Different person btw

You are the first person ever on this planet to feel that way I'm pretty sure. Every chef is groaning and crying thinking about it. Obviously you should do what you like, but I am hinting that perhaps a college try is in order. Perfect. Leave out the salt. Salt independently.
-
Nein, you are not quite following. When a chef says "seasoning" he means salt. I don't and won't own a pre-packaged "seasoning" mix. You are paying for 1/8oz of herbs and really expensive salt. Just salt on your own. I would buy seasoning mixes if they would not contain salt. Complete sacrilege to not salt meat. It does all sorts of wonderful things and making them salty isn't one of them.

Oh, and a XLR stereo fader would work for me too. Not sure why I didn't think of that earlier. Actually sort of a nice option in that it would reduce my knob count to 3.

Might copy you on the BGE. I am going to re-route the way the Stoker is and that would protect the connectors and hold the power supply. Need to add some waterproof electrical pass throughs and BAM. The hoffman is overkill for holding 4 volume knobs. There facility is only about 20min away. I've sold them load cells in the past for monitoring some presses and such

They say your memory is the first to go Fantasy is reality Sean just got stuck in the time warp. Indeed I resorted and tagged my funk collection a couple nights back. Of course that involved some listening

Happy Belated Birthday!!

You'll have a frankenwoofer if you do anything and that isn't exactly a stellar starting point. Why bother?
-
Really sad they don't still make stuff like that!!

If I could find one that did all the above I would. Looked at them all. Frightening to see any extra potentially non-defeatable processing. To put it in perspective, I need 3 pots. One is $40 + $13 shipping, the other two are $3 each. Add a small project box, up the $3 ones to $10 ones, and I've got a volume control that is better than any other one I've ever owned.

Quick Noob Question About Double Baffle/Flush Mount.
///M5 replied to HawkEye's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
It isn't a box if it isn't flush mounted IMO. -

I could run mono perhaps though, but then all the searching was for not. Also not sure that the miniDSP will mono sum if you are HP'ing. Hard to tell from their literature.

Fuck. Just realized I jumped the gun. I need a quad pot, not a stereo pot. No wonder I didn't find those. Something for pro audio balanced signals would work as by default that's a quad pot. Glad I didn't hit order yet. Not sure where my brain is tonight....perhaps the crying scared of thunder 3 year old has me distracted. I figured you would use two, but then again I'm not entirely sure how everything is being setup. Having Left and Right on two different knobs or tweeters and mids on two different isn't so appealing.
