Don't get me wrong I agree that I eat like shit and it is self caused. I know its a 'crutch' but lately I have had no desire to work out, or to really change (for health reasons) my diet. The elimination of fast food is a goal I have been working towards. I try and avoid it as much as possible but with the curveballs I have been dealing with lately (work mainly) have seriously been trying my patience and I got sick of booze as an 'answer' years ago and food has been that void. Do I 'look like' it? Not really. Do I look like an in shape guy tho? Not at fucking all.
