Stetsom 25k2e - more than 25000 rms
annarbor84 replied to Jeff Stetsom's topic in Stetsom Amplifiers
Well yes, if you think like this Instead of having 2 - 14k2e you can have only one amplifier that would make the same amount of power than 2 of them with the same amount of power consumption but you dont have to match gains on the amplifiers Well a lot of people are building 20000 rms system nowadays it would be the same power consumption of having 4 - 6000 rms amplifiers than one giving you 24000 rms Its just a better tool for competitor that needs a lot of power Multiple amps help fight rise..... Is this amp capable of performing without issue in a ground pounder or is it more for burps.... Well the beast was made for daily system, this amplifier came from the 35k2e that we have at 24volts we made a version of 18volts and is the 25k2e Im pretty sure 95% of these two amplifier that we sold were used in daily system for music, Stetsom amplifier are not made for only for burp, we sell thousand of amplifier in a month in brazil and all of them are for daily system Nice! -
All day every day.... So will the 1800.1........

Stetsom 25k2e - more than 25000 rms

You seem to be failing to realize that what you get is based off of prior to realize...... -
I hate to touch on the subject, but.... Say I buy a new Fosgate 2500 for what $800+, what are you really getting out of that amp? All of these people run their mouth saying I have 2 18"s on 7k.... No your amps max ouput is 7k rms, now what you are getting after rise is another story....... That being said, why would I buy an expensive amp, if I am not going to get the full rms out of it..... Which leads me to buying Audiopipe...... Cheap amps, that do rated power! $154 shipped for an amp that actually does 1500rms, actually does more if you wire it to .5 ohms. But again you will have to factor in rise.....

Uh, because it is not recommended.... If you want SQ that is what the Flatlyne is for It's not because of SQ, it's for the same reason the DR is ported only, it's because the sub isn't designed for sealed. Can it be used in a sealed enclosure, sure. It's against IA recommendations, and most likely will cause your warranty to be void. My DR is ported and still sounds wonderful. It's all in the enclosure. Kef imsayin......

I actually seen a lot of your posts over there and they all seem to be negative. You were always hating on someone over there and bashing all the vendors products. Lawl

I would clamp the amp at 2 ohms to see how much rise you have. If it is significant at all, I would just run that amp at .5 daily. That Warden will take it as long as it is clean power.....

Met up with sixdogs1 and safaribass (Stacy Adams). Let them hear the 6 18"s on 6 1800's @ .5 each..... If you guys have not subscribed, do so now. Awesome guys, had a great time!!!

Yes, do not know the name of the particular song though.....

Stacy's van has 2 of the old Incriminator Audio 20.1's in it strapped to .7, we clamped 4500rms rising to 1.8ohms! His van plays down to 18hz with authority, that 6th order is no joke.....

IA want to sponsor me on this build? Lol seriously tho.

How do you set a drive by record in something that is not drivable? I'm saying........ -
Sounds fantastic, very punchy, I listen to rock more than anything.

The 187 is Incriminator's entry level sub. This particular sub is the 12" model, Dual 4 ohms. As with all Incriminator Audio subs, these sit a little lower. Actual readings were 3.6 ohms, the reason they do that is to help fight box rise. This sub features a 2" aluminum voice coil, double stacked motor, and weighs in at 14.8lbs. This sub is rated "conservatively" at 300rms. I am currently feeding double that daily to mine, and it does not even get warm. This is hands down the beefiest entry level sub I have ever seen!

From a scale of 1-10; Quality of construction - 9 Very well made, does not have the cheap feel that nearly every entry level sub has. Price - 10 For $135 shipped, I challenge you to find a better sub for the price. Availability - 10 Several places to purchase Incriminator Audio Customer service - 10 Nick is very easy to get a hold of, and can answer any questions you have. Over all - 9 Price to quality ratio is amazing! Best sub at it's level and price that I have ever seen!
