okay, i got this one read, i see a vertical port that is on ther drivers side of the box...... so this will put the sub placement to the far paasenger side, if i am thinking correctly......which is fine by me on sub placement... so, looking for conformation of sub placement and will be throwing box together like tuesday.... thanks for the reply on the laptop, that is Samantha's, (our oldest daughter), computer..... thanks chop

No, there is no glue, yes port to the side still this area seen in the picture above is a platform , if you will, for the box to sit on....this seemed better than just throwing it in the rear on top of the seat..... 54" side to side 17" deep height can vary, but the top of that rear board is 16" tall chop

used expanding foam to deaden back wall and started the floor for the box to rest on, also began to install side panels to dress out the rear of truck.

I dont know how to do that because with the laptop I cannot access the internet because even my modem driver is uninstalled. Also, I do not have a reboot disk for it. So Im really behind.

looking through here, one could assume that you are wanting to stay cheap, staying cheap is fine, having the basics is part of it though. while there is no top end in this hobby, there is a base for how things work. your vehicle does 14.4 regular as it stands because it is designed to do exactly that..... usually there is even a little head room to spare for additional amprege needs. to push a BTL nicely, (applying my interpretation of BOOM BOOM here), you will need a larger amplifier. the Sundowns are very kind to your electrical system, however, depending on your choice of what size amp you will run, your electrical requirements will increase. this increase is a need, just make sure that you apply the right combo of electrical gear to answer these needs. If warranty issues are of a concern, i am by far the worse guy to give advice, the entire rear portion iof our truck is in the alley for trash pick-up...lol there are several ways to provide a good supply of amps.....some more invasive than others, read up on it and see what you feel is a good start. since opions are welcomed here, i think that you should look into the SAZ-2000D to push your BTL, while upgrading your rear battery in factory location and installing a second one as well. this will limit your upgrads all to the trunk of your car, so if it does gotta come out, at least it is all just right there... would a big three done by the dealership keep the warranty? How about a upgraded battery in the factory location? could not imagine the price for that but just curious how it works... chop
