well, after the first day back to work in a long time, i have came up with a conclusion....... i have completly turned into a b*tch !!!!! lol man , 9 hours right out the gate is hard on a brother for sure. thanks for all the H.B. wishes to Regina, i will be sure to show them all to her. glad Alton got's his gear, there are several of us waiting for the next step to happen.....FTW Too funny, I have only worked for this guy for one day, known him two.......... I am a supervisor already, and get this, done fired some dead beat today, lmao, what a prick i must be! no, seriously, he needed to go, I just beat the boss to the punch on commenting on this turd. so much profanity and filth came out of his mouth .... unbelivable! but as he lite his cigaratte, leaning on the retaining wall, watching me work, and begin to tell his story of how much he hated n*****s , i lost it! "GUESS WHAT DUMB ASS" ?!!! "I AM ONE"!!! , " NOW, GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME WITH YOUR FILTH" !!!! there are so many shallow minded people out there.....still this day, sad shit fellas. but all in all, great dude i am working for, i think i will have a good job for a while... Oh, Soapbox, i am back into landscaping, even though it is over a 60% paycut.... I am out working, it feels good to know i am providing for the family, there is a chance, in two weeks, he will be hiring some more guys, if so, i would imagine my pay will jump up a little. i will be working on the box design some tonight, but will try to chat from time to time... uh, let's see, .... guess that is all for the moment.... I'll hollar @ u l8tr chop

i always kick myself in the rear when i spend the little extra cash i have on the wrong stuff.... i really looked forward to getting a hold of it. to be real honest, I had sorta forgot about it , you had mentioned it before, i tell you what, i will make it my next goal/ purchase.... and when i get it, i will give you a shout out for the suggestion... if i run into a area that i am truly stuck.... then yes, I Already Know where to come for usefull help... thanks for the input fellas chop

looks like i can do sub up, port up, subs inverted, still playing with alot of numbers.... trying to get some solid applications on this one.... the horn looks like shit, in the box new..... i would return it ! the box design is coming along, the box build is, well sorta slow going just yet.... we gotta go get some wood , east side style! port area is at 198 sq in.... box volume is around 9.5 / 10 cubes.... double baffle of 3/4" all around.... about to retire early tonight, gotta get some more apps. turned in.... hollar more tomorrow... chop steve, you rolling out early in the am or do you work tomorrow, where will fat head be staying?

if i read this correctly, i found that i should increase my port area some as well, to be closer to the proper area. i have not wrote the math out yet, so i do not know if the two answers will be the same, however i did see this Minimum Usable Vent Diameter calculator in my favorites..... I will compare it to this formula to see if they hold the same results....... it indeed does provide a larger port area than "the rule" would of suggested. lol I agree, these debates bring out the good stuff, I only dream of a day, where all are grouped into one place, a bullet proof format , from start to finish, on enclosure design, with all the "good" info.... just re-checking myself on a few things.... my x-max was rated in inches....( .75" ) , one way..... so this is 19mm. , right? i mean that is what i plug in for the x-max value. the calculater that i found suggest the diameter, would this be equal of the area of a slot port or sqaure port..... the area is.....the area? thanks for the help. chop

bulk orders are the key to these purchases...... the annuity check was delayed for another two weeks, something in the line of a in-house audit.... at the light side of 15 bucks a member and 13 members.... closing in on $200 bucks before the shipping comes into play........ there is no " club dues" or "petty cash" fund established yet, low participation on local events discourage a cash raising event.... Jordon is right, we do need to get it going, ask him the last time his little ass came to a meet to help plan these things, lmao...... trust me fellas, for know, concentrate on the design, tweak it into what you would like to see, size, color , style, each aspect of it.... with 11 people in the family currently, and one income, you can imagine i have to wait it out patiently for the funds..... also, if you would like to help out, to move things in the right direction, let's tap what resources are out there, find the best deal going.... some of these "good" price decals can rott on your window in a matter of one season..... there is alot of styles out there, texture, glitter, carbon fiber, chrome, i have several irons in the fire, saying that they will get back to me, so i am waiting on those responses as well as the funds chuck, jump in here bro, tell em' ol' chop is working hard to have the good shit! chop

as we very well exspected, emergency medicine approach is not what she needs, they are not there to solve that sort of issue, checked her over, gave her some pain reliver to take the edge off and some basic advice until the regular doc can step up ......... she is somewhat at ease today though, steve, this is your contribution, your baby, name it whatever you want, lol, I think i speak for all of the fellas to say that this is something we all like to have around..... from time to time, that chat room is pretty neat too. chop

it's a A Sonus By ACZON... It's a german designed amp................perhaps a ASP 600.4 model if i was to guess, my point in the Stetsoms is, i don't see them being relitive to her needs...... i am really looking forward to what one would be offered at 100 bucks and fit her needs / goals. the Sonus loks like it will do great for a while..... and when she upgrades, convert it over to the mids and highs....

Jordon, you gotta get the hat shipped out to cali, to the hawk, he would love it! chop

sauna treatment, lol i picked this up on here, i was reffering to the heavy use of a 2" x 4" base on the wall being installed.....looks like a sauna. log cabin, sauna, ........... you know, the good stuff, lol i would say that the batteries, subs, amps, wood...........you are putting some weight back there.... i would attempt to beef it up, then you are covered. it will be pretty dam cool just to see the doner from Silvy put in there......that should get that metro to thumping pretty good.... dam, when i word it like that though, it feels like we are taking the heartbeat out of the chevy though....

i guess i am outta here hawk, samantha is doing worse and they said if she does, to come back.... i guess having a 10 1/2 lb baby as your first birth , naturaully, can cuase alot of damage, even six months later... i will hollar at you all tomorrow sometime send her a prayer, she is in alot of pain chop i can read pm.s on the phone, just not respond.

really thinking of loosing the bench seat, grabbing two low back buckets from the junk yard, and do a center console. this would creat gobs of room for what i need..... enough that i would like to cope a set of them before i made any solid plans....

i bet that is one of the big keys to my confusion, the box....... have not seen that style , not that i have seen a bunch on this at all. i seen meca, and read up on thier rules for kryssy..... ( my youngest) the mic placement if outside, the fusing looks like it will be different as well.... the body mod might be out of line for thier taste too i believe.... another question, does the caddy drive still? the box has to be one of the big factors,,heck, i would not have anything to compare that too really.... that is still alot of power there for sure. i will look this up this wekend with kryssy, so if you find any more, we will be looking forward to it.... so, what was like second, third, fourth....etc, place? !!! i mean is this any where close to a norm on this particular style scoreing? this is just too cool.....
-
you fellars are too kind....... you are on it though, just pay it forward..... some folks say i am crazy to raise the size family i have.... i don't know it any other way...lol the amp is a hell of a nice gift, and personally, i really can not imagine any body better for it to go to....... samantha is a borned groundpounder for sure, even if it is not at 160's , lol trust me, it has made her week , for sure.
-
sorry about the fam being sick.... Really, wow, you never cease to amaze me...... i am always up for learning new stuff, by all means, please post the model number and specs of the Stetsome amp that would fit the bill in the guidlines of this thread.,....... For $100 bucks, i would like to see that.
-

hey fellas, this is jordan , lol, jordan, meet the fellas......ha ha cool stuff this guy done for IAK, no crap..... he is a fine young man, almost ventured away, but i am super glad he is back. he had a sweet ass ride, but it is crumbled up at the moment and his bad ass nightshaed and saz1500d install is down tooo. ftl! oh, and he is a honda freak, lol...... he will talk to you for days about his favorite ones for sure..... he jumped my but over the next IAK met, so i am in the stages of planning the next one. chop cool gear jordan, check out some of the new logos,, imagine what you could do next!!!

there is a unrest that i will not tolerate in the mist.....I am overseeing the issue currently, i am afraid it will be ended abrutly though... I am my brothers keeper, ol' chop has never been tolerant of folks fucking with my kin.... there are more than enough of those stories already, but i will not stand by and watch. i will save details till the end, unless you want to pm some dirt, lol but it is not a good thing, just a thing to be done.
-
will you be relying on a huge battery bank or a couple of ho's under the hood? will you do the sauna treatment behind the birch? how tough is the suspension now? get you several fat folks and have em all hit the rear end.....lol stickers....... i got several avenues being persued, i could not imagine it would span past this weekend before something came to play, if it was just a solid design and price..... chuck, try t get that dc fellar to drop us that sub profile around the IAK stack and throw some prices in the loop... don't yop have him on mw? we will get er' done! chop
-

i guess from the db side of it, would be, what type of mic was it? what frequency was that at? where was the mic placement? was this Meca kids comp? definetly would like to know amps fusing and battery count as well as voltage. more pics would be awesome if he had them, showing the build closer..... thing is, i have seen concrete vaults on wheels basicly, stuffed with batteries, amps and multiple high powered subs, ................ and these guys strugle to hit a number like that..... sorta curious to the entire nature of a 180.9 db score with two 12"s in an opened top install, .......... just blown away by it, i just know i am missing something.... i have seen low 140's with them, 180's is crazy..... any one else have some input on this.... help ol' chop out. thanks
