Ill use 80A fuse that comes with 4g wire. Friend offered me a better deal, might get 2x12" SPL dynamics V300D2 instead of diamond audio, Diamond audio is more for SQ, and he offered dynamics cheaper. So trying to sell my JBL as soon as possible. If its not raining on Friday ill get my box started.

I've seen a lot of topics about resistance so i decided to make topic about this to clear things up. There are 3 ways how to run your dual coil sub. 1) Series connection: you will wire your sub in series. If you connect in series you add resistance. 1+1=2 ohms 2+2=4 ohms 4+4=8 ohms 2) Parallel connection: Hook up your sub in parallel. Making your resistance lower. 1/1+1/1+1/2 = 0.5 ohms 1/2+1/2+1/1 = 1 ohm 1/4+1/4+1/0.5 = 2 ohms 3) Or you can run dual channel amp, 1 coil to 1 channel. Or run 2 amps one amp to one channel. I actually don't recommend this connection, because coils have to be powered equally, you need to make really accurate settings. Hope that this helps you guys !Pinned ?

When car is running at idle its charging around 14,34-14,40, i haven't measured voltage drop when car is running, but it doesn't get that low.

I had some copper tube left over when we built our house, and it was just perfect size, made few cuts and drilled a hole. I'll try to take some pictures next time, i have to make few more.

if im getting 4g wire between alt and battery, how big fuse i should use ?
-
You can wire 2x4 ohms to 2 or 8 ohms or run it @ 4 ohms with 2 channel amp or dual amps. 2x1 ohm will equal 0.5, 2 or 1 ohm. 2x2 ohms will equal 1, 4 or 2 ohms wiring dual coils in series is simple just add resistance 2+2=4 ohms wiring dual coils in parallel 1/2 + 1/2 = 1/1 it gives you 1 ohm

It's just a fresh amp smell Enjoy your product

it will still pound im running at 350W RMS and its pounding. It all depends of box you have, just try moving box around the trunk. If you dont want to get second batt, you might wanna buy new and bigger one to replace your current batt.

Step 2 of big 3, installed wire between battery and chassis. I didn't do third wire between alt and battery because i ran out of wire. By the way my battery is under back seat Hopefully ill get new wire soon, i also made all wire connectors by myself again. Voltage drop, i had 5 amp charger hooked up. Battery was half way charged. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVFotm3H0HU Watch in HQ
