ok thanks for the info. i already talked to someone at dc power and their products seem superior to what i was looking at with pwer bastards. dc is a little more expensive but i want quality not something cheap that dont fit.

i was looking for an amp for my two BL 12's that i will beinstalling in a few weeks. i want to know what everyone thinks about the AQ2200d amp for this install. i was also considering a saz-2000d as well. my price range is $400.00 - $550.00 shipped. thanks for any input that can be provided.

do u even know if your payment was accepted through paypal yet? they dont even start to build your woofers until payment is accepted. when i placed my order it took 6 business days to build them and then another 5 business days to receive them from ups cause i am in new york and they are in las vegas but when they actually left the building i received my ups tracking number. just be patient they will arrive in due time.

First off if u can get ahold of a Digital multi meter then check the coils to see if you get the same reading on either side. How long have u had the sub? It may still be under warranty. contact nick from Fi and i am sure they will be able to help you out. they have gret customer service. just my .02

i recently sold my 2 Fi Q's (12") and was very happy with that product. i am looking to step up to the BL's now and i am just curious what everyone thinks. i love sound quality but i love that head cracking brutal punch u in the chest type output more. the Q's had great output but i understand that they are more of a sound quality woofer. does anyone think that the BL's ( 2 - 12") would slap that much harder that i would notice? they will be powered by a saz-2000d. also they will be in the same exact set-up as the Q's were. thanks for looking and i appreciate any input.

if its a ported box then you can route the wires through the port without having to use bolts. also while you have the sub out of the box run the wires from your amplifier speaker terminals directly to the terminals on the sub to check and see if the sub works and the box terminal is really the issue. my buddy had the same problem with his cheap box he put in his car. this is why i always tell people not to be cheap on things because if you take the time and do it right the first time things like this can be avoided.

i agree with you. i own 2 12" Fi Q's with the Bp option and was very impressed with the output of these subs. they sound awesome and are way louder than any other subs i have ever owned. they also beat out all of my buddies systems by a large margin. good choice on the Q's....enjoy them!!!!

i would go with two 12's. i have 2 fi q's and they sound amazing as well as loud.

those are the options they offer for that line of woofer. go to ficaraudio.com and click the tech link on the left hand side on the homepage and you should be able to find your answers there. hope that is helpful enough for you
