everyone that ive talked to thats had one/has one tells me itll do about 10k @ 16-17v...the rating IS 10k w rms @ 16v...i dont know if any of you know Tuan? (Toxic Tuan) but hes got one and says on a good 12v system itll do about 8k w rms @ 1 ohm...i mean on ebay the amp is 2200, im just getting it for 1000... also i know shawn flemming's friend Mike, the guy with the yukon and 4 18" mts runs 2 soundstream xxx 6500's on his mts... i dont know...lol

ok first off, i know how you guys are lol, so please dont flame me. i need help with what crossovers to get/should i just get custom ones? now, this is what i currently have: 8 eminence apt80 tweeters, 6 eminence 6.5" midrange, and 2 eminence 6.5" midbass. i didnt realize it would be easier to set up the crossovers if i had the same number of midrange and tweets. so im gonna get 2 more 6.5" midrange, and mount them in the wall behind me. the other 6 will be in the front doors, 3 per side. there will be 4 tweets per side. and the 2 midbass will be in the kicks. now. this guy i was talking with said to run 2 seperate amps. one for the midbass, and one for the midrange/tweeters. he said to get an audiocontrol 6xs for this setup, and then to further seperate the 8 midrange and 8 tweets, he said to get some of these(not sure if/how many yet lol) http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.c...r=290-652&DID=7 lets stop there, i have more questions but we will go from here. as i said before, i really appreciate the help i get here, when i get it. i dont like the flamming tho lol. with that said, ill be waiting for all you guys help! thanks! they both look decent from that pic...mine will be hiddin too most likely. and if this crossover doesnt work im gonna get a new clarion MCD360 becuase i know thall work because a guy running the same speakers as me (8 eminence 6.5's and 8 eminence supertweeters) runs that crossover with a kicker 650.2. but the memphis should work nicely. let me know how u like it when you set it up...

has anyone played with one of these? im getting one as soon as i get my money back for my orion d5000...what kinda electrical system will i need to support this 10k watt beast? so far i have my 2 odyssey pc1700s, prally gonna get 2 more of those. gonna get a 300a alt, do the big 3. anything else? my starter batt will be my red top... what kinda voltage do they need to do their rated 10kwrms @ 1 ohm? each mt will be getting about 2500w rms or so... now i need to find some soundstream amps for all my midrange and tweets LOL VJ
