no the fuse isn't your issue a fuse doesn't limit current it only breaks the circuit once the max current (150amps) is reached! as for your issue don't be so quick to say low voltage. i would think other wise and if memory serves the 1200d V1 (i know you have a v2) had this issue hell i had it with my v1 although at the time i thought it was my h/u skipping lol but to double check low voltage simple get a buddy in the back with a dmm touch the input terminals the power and ground and turn it up till it cuts out and have your friend record to remember the lowest voltage drop and then do it again then report back here for further help! or with rather with your findings!

well today was a success kind a lol!! bad news first the false floor gave me all kinds of issues and wasn't very flexible at all. long story short the false floor was holding me up big time!! the fans and wiring had to be moved back to the very rear of the trunk as the box had to slide in a bit more then i planned i guess i didn't take into account my stupid angle of my back seat! lol! now the good news i cut the false floor down and screwed it to the bottom of the box that way i still get the same effect of a false floor... i hope!! the 11.5inch sono tube i picked up was to big lol opps! time to rethink that one! o ya and i got the box into the car!!! YA but my trunk wouldn't close due to the automatic trunk release being in the way so i had to move it! at any rate here are some pics boo and or congratulate me either or enjoy!!

i will take some pics tomorrow with the box and subs in there! then come this weekend i HOPE to have the port and foam all done lol!! other then that the only thing i have on the go is my door pannels and a place to put the sax100.4..... i hope i can find somewhere to stash it!!

well how much are the sub rated at? also could you include a link of the above subs you are referring to? and what is the VC config (voice coil configuration? d2, duel 2ohm)

i am pretty sure they are discontinued and have already been replaced with the saz2500 (which are on pre-sale now for 525$ i think) so i believe the answer you are looking for is NO but i am sure Jacob may have a few kicking around in his shop or have a few lines on ppl who have them for sale.. or some of the sales reps may have a few bnib ones in stock still!

so a new update is in order! I replaced my bottom board with 1/2 (used to be 3/4) and the box slid right in!! who! but now i have to make a 10inch port...out of a sono-tube, and this i will need some help doing so if anyone has experience iwth these please help me out or reference me to a site! thanks everyone!

if you are crazy you can also use 2-6volt batteries lol!! (hooked in series of course) but why would you? lol! who knows! as for can they be used for a main battery i guess it would depend on what you car/truck/mini van/ whatever requires. for example my car requires...i think 800cca and 50ah (that is what the guy told me when i got my current new starting battery) so if it falls within the required specs why not!

so i am going to use 1/2 on the bottom piece rather then 3/4 and i will now have to switch my 2-6inch ports for 1-10inch port! o joy! i can't wait!

well today was met with epic failure!! Me and Derek and his brother tried to get the above box into my car..and to sum it all up NO GO!! SOB POS! I hate my like! turns out the fist 1/2 of the box slides in like a peach then toward the rear of the car the whole thing slopes down on us... stupid grand am right up ticked me off for all the 2hours! to remedy this issue i am going to switch the bottom piece of 3/4 to 1/2 birch and see what that does for me if anything!if that doesn't go i will have to try to switch the top half of the box also! all and all this will be one hell of an accomplishment after it is all in!! wish me luck tomorrow guys!

so i did a few more things today! take a look let me know what you guys thing and what i can improve on! i know it looks mess and yes there is a ton of extra wire but that allows me to be able to pull the false floor out and not worry about my wiring! and yes i also had time to finish a few other bottles! (the green ones in particular)

i believe for the 12inch NS v1 the volume recommended is 1.5-1.75 tuned to 35hz's as for liters and cm's you will have to use Google to convert it! sorry man. to use Google to convert simply type 1.5 cubic to centimeter get it! but you want to hammer the subs with a lot of power so to balance the power vs sub maybe stick to a smaller box... other then that make a few temp box's and see how it rocks and rolls for you!! also at 0.5ohm you VOID warranty!

So i feel an update is in order now! I gave my door panels to a buddy to do some fiber glassing for me! the idea is to get 2 sets of components in the front doors! (8 speakers total) and those will be done whenever and some of you may know him as Mike or Jalat over on CCA I also finished cutting out my cuts aka the sub and port holes! i ALSO give the box a test fit! so here you go enjoy and let me know what you guys think! as you can see it ALMOST fits in with the rear seats STILL there! lol! as can been seen once the rear seats are out i should be okay to get this in! I will have to flip it down!! and while it is up i will try to put the subs in!! i better get ripped in a hurry lol! here is a pic of the box without the front on sure i screwed up on my hole location but meh it works out! and another view of the box!

So i want to use this device to power my REMO on 3amps and 4 fans! 4-Position Dual-Row Barrier Strips - RadioShack.com or 8-Position Jumper - RadioShack.com so will this work for what i need or am i better off just using a relay?

okay so you have 1 d2 sub. right and if you wire the voice coils (terminals) in parellel (plus to + and minus to -) your ohm load will drop to 1ohm~!
