wow very nice man! do you plan to carpet the box at all? or paint? or rhino line it? -
in this pic it shows how to wire multiple batteries and the big 3 upgrade. to wire up multiple amps simply hook each amp in parallel to the battery bank! make sense?
-
o no sorry you miss understood only use the relay for the remote wires, you can use that relay and run like 10 amps just hook each of the remotes in parallel to the relay. as for the 1/0 just does individual runs from the battery and be sure to fuse each run. as for the RCA just use a Y cable! 1male input and 2 male outputs! make sense, the Y cable can be picked up at the radio shack!

Not quite. Those probably work by simply lighting up the light when the output voltage reaches a certain level, not actually measuring the signal for clipping. umm i c! so would they be a bit less accurate then?
-
oo i get you! thanks for explaining to me how that works! I guess the clip indicator on certain amps would work in a similar manner!
-
ya but how does the light know when to turn on, like when a signal clips is there an output difference that this handled can sense? or what?
-
-
looks good man!
-
-
pretty cool device I wonder how it work though, how it detects clipping. like with a screen we can visually see the clip but on his device i wonder how it detects it.
-
o wow! truely impressive!! I love that setup looks good! at any rate here is a quick box if you start with this and ask for people opinions I am very sure you will get your answer! notice the cut sheet on the bottom!!

-
or better yet try to figure out a box, you can use this site to help you out some! http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/boxcalcs.asp and then post your results or ask for specific help rather then can someone do this for me! know what I mean
-
ya i don't think to many people would like to do a design for you unless you pay them lol! if you want to spend 10$ for the proper box talk to ram_design on this forum or pop over to his site and go from there! http://www.ram-designs.com/quote.php also have you heard of the RE Calc off hand? http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html people say it isn't 100% perfect but it gets the job done!
