ya funny story with all the bass he killed his other 4 speakers in the car! some how the speakers in there currently the damn terminals all rattled off and his head unit give him a miss-wiring error and I was like well rip all the speakers out reset the h/u, so long story short the terminals all had to get re-put on lol! stupid old car! o and the last guy who owned the car was dumb! he had a h/u in the car and rather then bypassing the factory amp he just cut the speaker wires out of the bundle and wired the speakers individually lol! stupid people considering the bypass unit cost about 15-20$

umm big 3 I see your point jon! maybe that will be the new weekend project lol! as for positioning of the sub well I told him to toss it sub and port shooting back but when I got there the box was already in and the amp was mounted where it is now so I just said screw it it should be loud enough and it is for him so I am not worried about it. thanks for your comments and help! in the middle! lol! take a pic of the dial, and tell us the upper and lower limits! or upper limit minus the lower then divide by 2, and this will give you the mid scale! and this should help you find the sweet spot! also once you get it set you may in the future have to fine tune it up or down depending on how the setup is working and other factors -
I am!!!!!!! Me two!

GOOD news the IXOS company is sending me 3ft for free to test! plus I am getting the DC power wire to test from a member, and some bullz audio wire also! I will post names once I get them! also I have welding supplies I will be adding sooner then later! so just to recap: IXOS DC Power Welding supplies Bullz

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it a plastic rod in the center? And since this is DC, there obviously doesn't need to be a test to show marketing BS here... you know it felt like plastic to me but I didn't look into it to much.

to funny! lol! I do enjoy a good laugh every now and then and you never stop putting them up lol! and I wonder what kind a sub stage that flux in his car could power! lol! (lol the first part of the movie with the kid in the garage with the guitar lol)
-
thanks man!
-
well that doesn't make any sense how did Dr. Emmett Brown (from the back to the future series) only use 1 flux and still travel back and forth in time... it must have been the plutonium! and even his flux made like 1.2 gigawatts of power! (rms lol) lol.. yea 2 questions about that... What size wire was he using in his car? 5000/0 wire? Or did it step up the voltage to 1,000,000V? Hmm... wonder what kind of protection that wire had? ya i don't know maybe 4/0 bigger! nice 0:35seconds into this clip the wire he is holding onto lol! then near the end when the car runs into the wire!
-
which picture are you referring to? or did you mean over all. well on the subjective review I liked the Cadence wire, and if you want CCA go with the KNU KCA wiring!
-
thanks! keep an eye out for my next comparison test! The next one will be using sound deadeners, say about 3-5different brands, and 22 gauge steel lol! (this one might not work out but keep an eye out) Excellent. I have a sample of DC Power 1/0 on its way to my house. Do you want me to send you a piece? Hey man I would love a piece! check your p/m's It's on! Remember it is DC Power Inc. wire not XS Power good call! time to edit lol!
