    The new AA woofer

No not at all, everything that comes out of that build house has been excellent. Nothing wrong talking about the driver itself. i might have missed it somewhere or maybe i'm just a tad confused. why can't we talk about the person that the driver was made for? like the ***'s and stuff? i don't get why.

making a purchase of one (or however many)?
  4. lmao i was gunna say that but didn't want to get a rise out of anybody
  5. The RMS is 1k watts. A couple hundred over will not matter. Stick with 1k-1500. Im assuming this is for music and not burping or anything, right? i have a md2d on it already, can i put a saz-3500d on? yea ofcourse you could. but why would you want to? it'd kind of be a waste of money. *unless* you want it for a bigger setup down the road?

    Hello to ALL!!

    welcome
  9. lol no problem man! i'm glad it was only that and not something big for you
  10. it will be the issue. here's the process: -turn car on -put volume on zero -use your DMM to measure the voltage at the location in which your voltmeter is wired up to -adjust that screw that i mentioned to match the voltage read by the DMM
  11. i think i know you have a stinger voltmeter.. i just checked your build log but did you adjust the voltmeter? when you take off the cover you'll see a little screw. this is to adjust to voltmeter's reading due to the resistance in the wires that are hooked up to the power source.

Why do pros do crappy installs?

They charge to much to skimp on an install, regardless if you loose the love you should still run a good business. Taking a job to a "So-called Professional" then they should do professional work or at least tell you they cant do something. That is what I tell people who want me to install things or setups I have no experience with, I cant do it since I have not before (doesnt mean I cant just dont want to until I have done it before and feel comfortable doing it again). yea i totally agree. but you know. some people just don't care. good business ethics aren't their top concern. it's all about the buck.

Why do pros do crappy installs?

some people just lose their love for it once they start doing it for money i guess just my theory though. and ofcourse i know that doesnt apply to all.

    dynomat xtreme or second skin

i've worked with both in the freezing ass winter. second skin needed no heat gun. it stayed as tacky as it was when i had it in the house. it's also much easier to work with. it forms easier around things and it more flexbile in my opinion. the dynamat is stiff and looses its tackiness when cold. and cuts the fuck out of your fingers. unlike second skin. and after applying dynamat to the whole top half of my trunk lid. it still rattles like a muthaf'er. along with the other places i put it. so if price isn't a problem. get the second skin. hope that can make your decision a little easier.

    dynomat xtreme or second skin

IMO second skin is better than dynamat. and is worth the money but i don;t really understand this part.. "ican get the door kits, 20sq, for $44 out the door and this stuff is 90 or the the same amount" what do u mean?
