I want to use use aero ports and fire them upwards. I have an area of 14x7" in the center of the rear deck is that enough area to fire a couple ports through?

Im in the process or getting a subwoofer design for my car, but the thing is the box have to built inside the trunk which means i have to assemble myself. my question is if i send you the box design can you make the cuts and just ship me the enclosure in pieces?

When i did mine i screwed 2x2s to the top of the sides (before putting the sides in) then slid the top on and glue/screwed up through the 2x2s into the top. Never had a problem that way excuse the noobish question but what is a 2x2? i will be running 3500, so using that tool will not be a good idea?

ok after trying to assemble as much as i can before i put the box in the trunk, can i just use wood glue because i know i will not be able to get a drill or screwdriver on top to put the screws in

can someone design me a box for two sundown audio zv.2 15's that will be going in a 04 impala here are the measurements W-35 H-17 D-30 i used the subwoofer calculator on the 12volt and i came up with 8 cubes
