That the license plate sample? i ordered mine today. Don't expect much, but can make my plate look better. i have a little goo to stop rattles right now.

You've got about 9.2 Ft^3 before sub/driver/bracing displacement. Assuming you're using .75" MDF. But i dont see why that wouldn't be enough.

You could probably get a local place to get it sketched/etched on some plexi for you. Probably costly though.

it would help to know if it is a special/specific charger. Mine has a light that says full charge, and a needle to show what "percent" the battery is charged. Have you checked out the charger at all?

X2, seems like a good idea, and could cost less as well (amps and all). I'm not near comfortable on recommending box calculations to people, but i would think that some more port area would be nice. Then that makes the box seem small for 15's, but if Jacob says its cool i wouldn't doubt him. You do have the extra power on tap for the smaller volume.

I'm sure that civic is ready to retire lol

That's a very nice stack of equipment you have there. Except it should be in your truck, not your room. Im still interested how this all is going to fit! Sick build/truck.

Sundown Amp Fuse Question
emh9009 replied to slim142's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
on that amp you should be running 1/0 wire. with a 300(ish) amp fuse, if you want full power. i hope its not running more than like 400 watts right now That fuse is way too small, i wonder how it hasn't blown yet. Edit: didnt' notice he just got it. i could vote against putting it in before they get new power wire. Post 1,000 -

Sundown 1200 electrical
emh9009 replied to kwc280's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
in order to get power from the alt. you need to wire them all up.. whether your running both a pos and neg line or just a positive line. I doubt a kinetik 2400 could fit in your stock battery location. If i were you i would just do the big three and monitor your voltage, then upgrade electricals IF needed. get a digital volt meter to see some numbers, and do the big 3 in 0 gauge wire, then see what needs to be done. go in steps to save some money. -

Your truck is going to knock. This build will be fun to watch, sweet pic. That should be your desktop haha -
Thanks for catching that, fixed.

is that worse or better than welding ones? CCA is copper wrapped around aluminum, which is less conductive. They have some wire that is all copper, which is just more expensive. i would suggest staying with the all copper. EDIT: Fixed information mistake
