will a battery/big 3 be enough?
emh9009 replied to On3Hundr3dProof's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Just have to install and see. I would recommend changing the front battery as well, and putting the largest battery you can afford in the back. Can't have too much electrical. -
Happy birthday, have some fun!

4 Rival Mobile Electronics 12's, 8,000w Hair trick/flex

Haha.. I know... he was just sticking his head in for a listen and it just happened.. lol We'll get more ladies in there as the year progresses ***Next week the four subs are coming out and 8 are going in ;P tring to do mid 60's when it's all done... If the wall was actually finished and sealed I think it could do a 60 now.. Try that first, would be more impressive off of 4 subs rather than 8. -

What do you mean later upgrades - wires. Seems like you have that pretty set with the run of 1/0 and the big 3 in 1/0. Anywhere in that tuning range will be fine, but music preference can help get more specific on that. Build the box a little large with the 1500, but shouldn't matter with such a small "shortage" of power. With a larger box it will be more efficient. Sub up port back seems like it would work well. Works well in most SUVs, dont see why not in a van

New source for batteries.. Save some money
emh9009 replied to shizzzon's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Show us some test results stating your claim! And if the only difference is the length, assuming the other lengths are the same, of course it's going to perform better. It's a larger battery, it has more components inside to do more work. -
on lower power, but wouldn't that become nonexistent after the increase in power being sent to it? (assuming you're putting a larger amount than what the 3" is rated at)

looks good, new tools are always fun!

soon, it will be filled with woofa' Dont worry.

whats a good program to download music?
emh9009 replied to superman814's topic in Computers / Electronics / Music / Games
I get all my music from Amazon. If you think that it's too much money, just set a limit for yourself. Spend 10 dollars a paycheck or something. I used to get music from limewire and all, but realized how poor the quality was and how nice it is when i spend a dollar to get it, there is no way i'm going back. -
Hyundai Genesis, i believe.

Hey, i had an idea to check my junk mail. Everything was sent there, weird cuz' i got one email from a company in my inbox, and the rest went to junk? Shipping on the 20 ring terminals is $5.20. Couldn't see the shipping on the fuses and stuff, but if going by my credit car statement it's about $10 for 2 1/0 ANL in line fuse holders and 2 fuses.

Need dimensions for a sundown audio 12"
emh9009 replied to jacob9292's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
sounds like you need to do some more planning before you start buying/building anything. -
Not TOO worried about it, as long as my stuff shows up. Hopefully this week.

aww you shouldn't have Xcons look like they're going to jump out of the damn box. 31 mm of excursion is sexy.
