double check your sub's wiring. Check the VC make sure they're the reading right. Did you switch the sub wiring at all? Can't really tell but make sure BB is all the way down, it could be, or it could be a little over half... stupid knob.

Yeah, just use a couple layers if you want. If you're worried about the insulation shorting out put some split loom around the wire or put the wire in a different spot. Use zip ties to make sure there is minimum movement.

Just get little rubber rings to put between the plate and the amp when mounting it. Should help with the vibrations. Clean car

I have no problem voicing my opinion whether it is liked or not. I own a SSA product. Unless I see some product design testing (by SSA) and specs it will be the last. MY OPINION -1 if you like.
