Is the noise meter just as accurate as the others, and are they able to be programed to read above 140db?

Can normally track this with shipment tracking the day they get the meter, seems like the shipping cuts down on the time they get to use it... shipping there and back is a good week, easy.

It won't matter, no. A lot of people use a 4 channel amp for just their mids and highs in their front doors. I'll be running 2 channels to my mids, and the other 2 channels to my highs on my 100.4. They're just labels, they're sending the same information to the amp. Whatever you have the setting on the amp or your HU is a different question.

IIRC you need to take the width of the port and divide that by two to get how far away from anything you want the port to be. You look like you're far enough away. Feed free to play around with different locations to see if you get different results. Can't hurt.

Still don't have the coils, production hasn't started on the others either. Other model demands are too high to fit them in right now I'm assuming it's from tax season. Soon though!

I believe i used 1 1/4" screws. Use Titebond II glue. Pre drill your screw holes.

If he has his amp setup up correctly now, then he needs to asdjust the sub level control. Regardless what has been said, most units require the use of this to be off of zero to produce voltage. Lol. So my pictures are fake and I made up the manual? He never said any of that. Just stated that most units need to be higher than 0 to produce voltage. My sub leven on my deck is from 0-12, I currently have it set to 11. At 0 there is no output, no matter what my amp gain is set at.

Recently i've decided to upgrade my front stage. I've thought about it for a year, but made the first move when my left speaker went out. When i bought the car a year and a half ago there were 4 speakers in the car. The front 2 5.25 were dead, beyond my understanding of why they were still in the car. The morning after i got the car home i took those out and put the rear 6.5s in the front doors. Still this didn't do much for the "music" they made. But i dealt with them 'till now. Within a few months i got a new HU, the JVC KD-s100. I'm happy with it, it has all the features i needed at the time, but i plan to upgrade that in the future with more crossover settings, if possible. With this i was able to hook my sub amp up and put the 15 in, luckily enough it fit in the back. It was built for a trunk, so it's not the best box for a trunk... oh well. Planned upgrades: Solid 4 channel amp: The summer before i even bought the CRX i came across several deals to do with this. First was a guy on here that sold me a 75.4 kicker amp, brand new. Then Jacob started a trade in program, so i turned in the kicker and gave some cash up for the 100.4 that's in my car now. Sundown FTW! Mids: My first plan was to get some MLi-65s from Mach 5 audio. But they were out of stock for do damn long (are they even stocked yet?) i started shopping for new mids. I wanted to do as little fab. work as possible, so i was stuck on 6.5s. After weeks of scrounging the internet for info on these i hit up a dealer on SSA and asked a few questions about them. The only thing holding me back was the price; there were nothing but positive reviews on these drivers, i figured they have to be worth the price. Tweets: after seeing what everyone else was running their carbons at (~2500hz) i figured i needed a tweet that could play pretty low, while being able to perform on 4 ohms, to keep things simple.
