Yea i should have put down some info, i was just wondering about good 1000w RMS 1 ohm amps. Ok here goes, car is a 2000 Hyundai Accent. The electrical is pretty weak. 80amp alternator. 650 ca batt 500 cca. no big 3. When i said highs are not that loud i was reffering to bass highs, all speakers are stock so i dont expect much there lol. Ok for wiring i use RF 8awg for power and 12awg for sub. 80 amp fuse from battery. Amp is RF P5002 740w dynamic. doubt anything past 680w can get to the sub. Wired bridged @ 4ohm. I was actually looking at US amps, not sure how good those are. And thanks for all your help.

If you can go for the 12" then you should. It has a larger cone so it can push more air. I just got a 12" SSD with the copper option and it sounds very nice, and i still need to build the box it goes in for good. 10" would be good in a pair IMO.

My sub got here so fast i wasnt even ready with the box. Later that day i got an email for the tracking saying it was stupposed to arrive 5 days from when i actually got it. Clicked on the tracking and yup, it said delivered. Ordered early Friday the 17th, arrived on the 23rd. Didnt even have time to install my temp subs lol

Yea like in my case, 80A alt. The big 3 won't do much. Hungry amp/sub. But if you have a good alt/batt i can see the benefit. Time to save up for a yellow top i guess hehe

Im gonna use that excuse if i get stopped for playing too loud. But officer, it's a bad idea to turn it down because my sub is then being underpowered and thats not good.
