Got the bottom and back cut. Looks like I won't have enough wood. Working on the first part of the baffle now, but will possibly need another 2x4 sheet to do the sides, ports, top, and 45s. I got a lot of scrapes though, so some of that may be good to go.I thought I was going to have a problem with the table saw cutting straight, but figured out the trick. I just had to tighten a set screw a little. Now it pops into the groove and is straight. So far I'm feeling good about this build. The c...
