The bravox speakers sound fantastic! i feel like i need to retune everything now a little, i didnt have time today once i got the amps back in and hooked up it was dark and i had to pick the baby up from daycare. cant really play it loud with an infant present. i took a few pics today but ill take more tomorrow and post em up. yeah well Not Steve Meade was more confusing than SteveMead. so im back to being me again. untill i get fed up with it again. Cool man. Should be a great set up once you get her all tuned up. I hear ya bro, sucks being dark before you even leave work. How big is that boy now? Is he eating jar food yet? Nice to have you back Sir. Do you still have that girls glass eye? lol -

How do you like the Bravox comps with the truck all hushed up? More pics? Wait! I thought you were not Steve Mead. -
take it apart and find what is loose.

You can bridge a 4ch to 2 ch and get the same power as running 4ch at 2 ohm, but most amps bridged are only 4 ohm stable. Depends on what you are trying to do, What do you have? AlenH, Yes you can wire 2 sets of 4ohm component sets to 2 ohm.

I have used dynamat extreme and SS damplifier pro. Both are nice. I have not used any of Don's products, but prolly would on my next build. He was the only person in the industry that wasnt telling people to add multiple layers covering 100% then spray some crap on top of that. Too late for me on the Yukon. I spent a shit load of cash on it.

Buy the most expensive you can to match your Kicker wire.

Your vehicle's resonate frequency is where it's loudest, a ported box is loudest a few db above port tuning. You try to have one help the other so you have turbo bass at a certain frequency. Jeezy - Air Force is around 40hz

Front stage installed, possible feedback?
Sir-Lancelot replied to BanginGMC's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
When you say grounded you rca's, did you solder a wire to one and ground that to the chassis? Different way? Banging, did you ground your HU to the factory ground wire. If so you may want to run a longer length of wire and make a new chassis ground. no. my HU was poorly grounded inernally and got some wire and wrapped on outputs then put it on a bolt on the HU. Got ya. Pioneer? -

God gave you good ears, but not that good. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Do you? lol for the price you could get 2/0 and save money. -
if you have a meter, run a sweep and it will tell you what was louder.

I have no doubt it can take more than rated, but I dont think it will take that kind of power. From what I have been told it does not have the cooling to do so. It's just not that type of sub and is not marketed as such either. -
LOL. Chill out man, someone will get back to you.
-
Sweet! The little guys are throwing down. More info on this set up please.

Blues Production Sub's. . . . . . . Remember
Sir-Lancelot replied to HiFonicsHorder1's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
If I was in the market and they sound good to my ears, I would give them a try. Minus the fan boy above who may not even run the drivers, Team LP/Blues is a good group of guys just doing their thing. Carry on. -

I agree with you 100%. Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde come to mind. They play flat and low and are a very much a SQ subwoofer. On the flip side, they are still flat and musical with 2000w on them beating the shit out of things. The SSA gang did this one right. It's a cage fighter in a suit and tie.

You and the tatman are midbass sluts.

Looking good man. Love all the attention to the details. Should be sweet when you finish.
