Two layers of gel coat, three layers of kevlar, and about a gallon of resin so far. Minus the weight of the mold we're looking at 60 pounds so far. This bish should me light as a mofo when done
-
Took me longer to cut the chit to the shape I needed, than it did to lay it .
-
Wow, kevlar cloth is some tuff chit to cut
-
Don't believe it's something that can be done at home
-
Like in the 500-1000 degree celcius range
-
I believe it takes extreme heat and steam or something like that
-
Not right off hand, making a filter are we ?
-
I must be hungry or something. I just sprayed some more gel coat on the mold, and it smells like bacon for some reason

Sorry for the old man preaching

Tis a sign of a selfish person, with no respect for others. In particularly the one's they should hold dearest
-
I have no respect for some one who would cheat on thier spouse

Better yet , fiind out time and location. Wait till they are there. Call hubby, tell him you passed wifey broke down on the side of the road at that location. Then drive over and watch the mele ensue
-
That sounds kind of kinky man
-
Find out time and place, then do it.

I have thought about it in the tracker in the rear door. But I don't like cutting out all the metal that would need to be removed to do it the way I want
-
Just take your time, stretch out everything well so you don't get wrinkles, drink lots a beer while waiting on the resin to dry. Beer + resin buzz = fun times
-
never tried salt, I always just throw a couple lime wedges in
-
Nice, that's something I haven't built very many of. I have done chit loads of kicks, amp racks, sub enclosures. But only a couple consoles.
-
And I won't even make ya wait six months
-
But when I do get the jig built, I will do it for the cost of the material alone for friends
-
Thinking of pissing pottsy off in the process with a couple design ideas, he thinks are his own original
-
Got to work on a jig for that size. I have one for 4", I'm building one currently for 6".
