the 30 watts rating is about like the sundown 1500d rating from what ive read. i dont think your gonna be able to fix that. And its rather expensive to get it fixed, probably not worth it for a 50 dollar motor

You can only strap amps that are the same model also the 100.4 isnt strappable, I dont know of a single 4 channel amp that is strappable But you can use 2 SAE 1000d's strapped to your sub and then the 100.4 for your Mids/Highs
