Sounds like bad battery to me and the one in the rear might be going to hence the slow charge. Just my guess. Do you have a battery charger or a way to get your batteries tested like at Autozone? -

Dont worry about what everyone else is doing, just make sure you build an efficient enclosure and your good to go. I wouldnt put 3500 watts on a sub for daily but to each its own. -
Yeah I loved my enclosure with 3-12" Kicker CVXs tuned to 26hz, shook everything and got down
