You dont need the Sd to help design an enclosure, you mean the displacement the sub will take up once inside the enclosure. -

I find it hilarious that people come here claiming they know what they're doing but have blown equipment and dont know why. Buying new subs wont help your situation if you dont even know whats wrong, max ratings on subs are pointless so yeah... -

Thats a no brainer otherwise your battery would have a horrible ground.
