Whats the average temperature in Dallas at this point of the year? Honestly it depends, it varies a lot. We had 60 degree days the day before it snowed on Christmas Eve. Lately it have been average 40's for highs and low 30's for lows. Today it is 30's for highs and 20's for lows. Every year it does something different with the temperature, it is never really constantly cold till like end of February and March.

Get an amp that does 1500 watts and you will be fine, you dont have to throw recommended power at a sub for it to perform well just make sure you dont send clipped signals. If you do get a 2000 watt amplifier as said before just turn the gain down and watch how you control the volume knob. An amp that fits your budget with the power you want and a good company then you will be fine.

I disagree, I wouldn't take it as far as saying one particular one is bad, but one of them might be superior in this application. Yeah but who could tell you if you havent tested all three of them in the same application? Yeah for a competitor looking for that extra tenth of a db but that would talk all three amps to do testing to see, so yeah there is a better one but who can tell him which one?

There is no better amplifier, each amp will push them the about the same. If you get 2 Dual 1 ohm subwoofers then get an amp that is 1 ohm stable . If you get 2 Dual 2 ohm subwoofers then get an amp that is 2 ohm stable .

its about 2.8^3 after displacments tuned to 36hz It sounds like tuning may be an issue with it being 36hz, since you say it may be lacking some lows. I would try a lower tuning on a new enclosure first since that will be the cheapest upgrade.

I would stick with one Mach 5 Audio MLI-65 and one component set per door. You think two component sets per door in a coupe are too much? There is an install on here that has two components per door and two mli-65's per door, but it would make any sense to put two speakers playing the same frequency in the same door.

We need better goals than that to help you out. i like low clean bass i was thinking the the ssd cone area would acheive thjis better am i right about this? Cone area usually plays a role in louder than low clean bass (that will be achieved with the sub in the right enclosure tuned to your listening preferences). The only way to really tell is to buy both sets off subs and test them yourself, but if it were me I would go with the FI SSD's. I did hear the Audioque's do get loud though.

Those are two different subs for two different goals, yeah there are more differences but that is one of the main one (power, sub design, space, electrical upgrades, etc.)

One takes more power, if you dont have the room to run an 18" subwoofer then it will be a waste of money and should just stick with the 15" of either model you get.

Its gonna be dead because this topics is not gonna draw a lot of attention cause of lack of information and substance. Like denim said in your other post, if you have the current to back it up then run all three if you dont the run 2 of the amps. What else are you wanting us to tell you.

They took out Manning and a bunch of the starters, so they tanked the game. So they really didn't care about a pefect record. The team cared about the perfect record but the coach didnt, he was worried about starters not getting hurt in a meaningless regular season game.

There's no such thing as a "sound quality" amplifier. THD is a pretty unimportant spec to look at. Any amp worth owning (meaning anything but extreme low end junk) will be capable of operating at a level of distortion that is inaudible with music. Most amps on the market have their power rated at a THD level of equal to or less than 1%, which means there will not be an audible difference between them distortion wise. Many people mistakenly believe that THD is a "lower sounds better" spec, but the truth is that once distortion gets down to a certain level (2% or less) you won't be able to hear a difference with music. So you can ignore it. Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) is the same way. Any amp worth owning will have a sufficient enough SNR to be audibly indistinguishable. SNR can only even be used as a point of comparison if you know the testing conditions of the measurement. If one amp had SNR rated at 1w of power output, and another amp rated at 100w of power output, then the "rated" SNR of the amplifiers are NOT directly comparable. But regardless, it's a relatively unimportant spec and can generally be ignored. Damping Factor is another spec that can be ignored. Many people incorrectly believe that DF is a "higher is better" spec. The truth however is that once an amplifier has sufficient damping as to not audibly affect the sound, going any higher will not yield any benefit. A damping factor of around 20 is sufficient enough to not cause an audible difference. Just about any amp on the market will have sufficient damping as to not audibly affect the sound. You can not attribute any particular sound characteristics to the "class" of the amplifier, and no one has ever been able to conclusively demonstrate that the "class" of the amplifier affects the sound. What should you look for in an amplifier? Look for an amp that offers the most power output within your budget, has the features you need, the build quality you desire, aesthetics you prefer, fits your space requirements and has a warranty & customer service you can live with.
