Feedback on SSA Customer Service

I personally think you will only need one but it all depends on the options you get with the sub, enclosure and other things. You can get them and watch you gains/the way you control the volume knob (just be careful). The question is do they need it no, but no problem with headroom if you need that much. Why not two SAZ-2500D's or SAZ-3500D's?
-
It will come down to space and personal preference, there are many people who mount them to the box with no problem. Lately some people and including myself are adding rubber pads or plastic feet between amps and box if your mounting on enclosure. If you have room else where in your car for amps and your worried about mounting them on your amps then mount them there. If you need any other info on the subject here is a topic on it: mounting amp on enclosure - SSA Car Audio Forum Hope it helps.

Damn I wish I was down South, would love to come to one of your meets. Im just gonna save up and ride down there one day in the future when yall have a little get together.

Please provide more information that that.

Look at his signature, he has 2-15" Xcons and I believe those numbers where when he had the SAZ-1500D on them. Have you tested them with the SAZ-3000D yet MemphisMzd?

sounds like you have a great list of equipment

Your settings or the way you controlled it is the problem, speakers are dumb and do what you tell them too.

Choosing Amp
jcarter1885 replied to BTL15's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Yeah, the one that fits your budget and power needs for your installation. Just by looking at them the Autotek should be more powerful so if you need power in your application, then that one will be better. You should choose which would be better for your goals and application, that will be the better one and not just by looking at them. -
Choosing Amp
jcarter1885 replied to BTL15's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
If you want the most power then go with the AutoTek Mean Machine (I used to want one) but if power is not a concern then you can get the Rockford Fosgate. -
Those SA-8'"s look like subs on steroids, some monsters if you ask me.
-
, looking good so far
-
If your never gonna strap amps or go lower than 1 ohm then get the SAE-1200D for a little more head room. It is a toss up and you wont loose with either choice, so flip a coin if it is that hard to decide.

Choosing Amp

Well Im not a fan of buying refurbished equipment, but get the one that fits your budget and has the power you need for your application. What will these power, what is your budget? Give us more information to help us help you. -
9 times out of 10 it is the RCA or RCA Shields on the equipment itself since something is affecting the signal it is putting out, I had the same problem before where I switched the ground and it didnt help. I hope you get this issue resolved and it isnt anything major.
-
Regardless if it is 900 or 1300 watts, it wont make a difference in how it will sound to your ear (maybe get you some tenths on the meter if your competing).
-
Seems like it is an rca problem, had this issue before (either tthe shields on your amp or headunit are bad). To see which one it is, hook up and MP3 player to your amp and see if it still does it (if it does then its the amp). If it does not do it while the MP3 is hooked up then it is the radio itself. Check your RCA wires as well, the ends could of got jacked up during the process. Hope this helps

Nice looking equipment you have there, those Xcons look like pure sex
-
Excellent work you guys put it in, turned out to look great
-
Looking good , that trunk lid is taking some abuse.

I like where you are going here Matt. The sounds are great. Can you drop the rhythem on like a chorus type part for a few then pick it back up again? x2, damn sure like that one.

Yes your right, if you have a Kenwood Excelon X-693 then you definitely have a 4v pre out for all outputs.
