x2, there was a thread about it a while back. I had the same thing happen with them and just dont shop at OCS anymore. I also saw a few things about DealerCostCarAudio being the same place, just different domain. I heard the same thing, guessing thats why they dont know whats in stock and whats not.

Singer Alternators!
jcarter1885 replied to burko's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Every alt is gonna be different depending on size, needs and vehicle so give Mike Singer a call or drop him an email to get a quote. -
So are you looking to get parts to make some subs for yourself or are you looking to stock up on parts so you can start a small business selling custom woofers? If it is the latter of the two I would expect you to learn more than just throwing random parts on a motor and basket.

power bastards alternators?
jcarter1885 replied to SMpaintball78's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
No Singer Alternators When he asked who is Mike, it was in response to Mac N Cheese calling Mike an A Hole. That Mike works for Powerbastard and is not the same as Mike Singer who makes Singer Alternators. I dont see how you got that confused since he mentions the OP to go get a Mike Singer alternator a few posts later. -
Ive heard good and bad things about them, just like a lot of companies in this industry. Depends on your goals and needs if they will fit your application, if so give them a try. If not then there are other companies that offer soft parts.

No not tender, just rather help and be of assistance than fail at humor like you.

congrats man

He already has the sub ordered, either help him out or leave him be. 3-5ft^3 is a start, tuning will depend on goals and music preference. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/index.php/product-information/zcon.html

You hit it on the head. The first few will be advertised, after that its going to be up to people to check in with the store to see the next announced time/date. We need to see a return on this, since we are loosing on each and every deal. If sales dont increase from this promotion, we will cancel the promotion all together. However, based on traffic stats and sales from before, it shouldn't come to that . I agree with Hzd Skizzy since you cant please everyone in this world just do the outrageous deals at random times. Make like a scrolling marquee or blinking letters at the top with a hint or code world to let them know the deals are out there. Instead of Where's Waldo, something like Where's SSA or Where's Deals.

He probably wants more than one forum's opinion, no problem with that since Im not on caco.com .

So they aren't loud?? I guess not to his Skars they arent

That's per pair.... Doesn't state on the website that the price is per pair. Not saying it isn't, but I also wouldn't be surprised if they were sold individually. Only reason I know it's a pair is my friend, who manages a shop that sells RockFord, showed me this and their pricing. Ill have to wait and see when in stores to honestly believe that (but they could be sold in pairs). Every pa speaker even tweeters are sold individually that I know of.

From my understanding there are a good amount of people interested in these who cant fit 8's or 10's in the door and dont want to fiberglasss. I have answered quite of few topics the past couple of days/weeks concerning upgrading to 6.5" pa drivers but they dont know what to get since the Neo-Pro 6.5"s arent out. Just from what I have seen, I cant wait to get my other pair of 8"s

x2 and its a shame DC is the only company that makes an H/O Alt. for my vehicle and I refuse to buy one just from their customer service alone. I could care less if they do have the best alternators available for cars as the claim.
-
x2, if its not what I like then its time to rebuild.

What a waste of forum space, an email or call could of sufficed.

Because everybody nowadays believe 1 ought should be as big as kicker or knukonceptz wire to be true 1 ought wire.

I don't usually insult people personally, but when I do, I use proper grammar and spelling. I would like to request you leave this forum. You, and you undying love for SKAR's penis is quite annoying. :roflmao: haha hell naw but im with him ^^^^^

you dont loose sound quality running an amp at 1 ohm versus 2 or 4 ohms, you will loose efficiency though. The box part is true, just doubt his 75% calculation. Of course the equipment he sells will be good for one another, why try to upsell what he doenst carry (a Mercedes dealer wont tell you to go get a BMW).

I did too but just didnt have the motivation to try and make some odd-shapped grills to fit their 8" drivers. Im quite happy with my Neo-pro's, glad I got thrm but if I were to switch out in the future it would be a pair of B&C 10's. Them 8's any good on the lows? I think that is one concern many have...no doubt they hammer in the higher freq. Actually I was waiting for the neo 6.5s but they are taking too long and Mr sundown dont want to send me the proto;s. that being said I can get a pair of the eninense drivers for less then a single neo If your looking at getting a PA driver then they will not get low unless you go with a 10" driver or bigger, they will have punch but not that much midbass. Most of them can be played from 100hz on up, maybe 80hz but that depends on power levels, door size and volume control among other things.
