Myself, I would want to go to a larger cable for 150 amps. I know there used to be a good length/current draw chart floating around. Just can't remember where I saw it. I would suggest using at least 2 awg but then for the cost, may as well just run 0 awg. -
that's awesome. Put a smile on my face seeing that pic nem.

It was between a pixel and the Huawei. The Huawei came with more incentive for me so that's what I went for.

Just picked up a Huawei p30 lite. So far liking it. Still the fairly base android setup, not all bastardized like Samsung does. So far liking the phone. But, that's just first impressions.

No rotation at that weight. Try to keep the path from the shoulder straight up past the the ear.

Managed a set of 8 reps with 85 lb dumbells on seated overhead dumbell press this morning. Felt great. Normally just stick with sets of 5, but wanted to push my first working set to see. At only being 195 lbs body weight I feel it was a good push.

Should. Spending it at a cottage on the bay of fundy with it's own private beach. Relaxation and family time. Lots of wilderness exploring with the kiddos. Just good old mother nature, no alarm clocks or time schedules.

Speaking of work being a shit situation... Really not liking work lately. A lot of bad decisions being made by people who have never done the job and have no clue about how to do it. really getting burnt out lately. most days really only show up to support my coworkers and that's it. Starting a couple weeks off tomorrow and really looking forward to it.

Robert oberst, he's a powerlifter or strongman or something. Tore his bicep deadlifting chasing numbers as a competitor. He was on a joe rogan podcast saying the deadlift has no use as a lift for anyone who doesn't compete in the deadlift.
-
if you look at the context in that interview and his background for where he's coming from, the normal person should not go into the gym lifting like that. As not being a competitor, pushing those 1 rep max where you're adding, and adding weight and sacrificing form trying to push past that physical limitation can be absolutely destructive to your body. That being said it doesn't mean you can't see benefits from doing deadlifts. They are a really good exercise with lots of benefits, when done properly, maintaining good form.
-
I generally don't do rack pulls. Still do Deadlifts once a week. Toned down the weight on them the last couple weeks, been doing pause rest training with them for sets of 10, timer set at 1 min between.

FB groups are horrid. And FB likes to change what of the content it "thinks" you should see. No seperation of content based on topic. Still an old school forum guy here for sure.

I still check the forum regularly, but, unfortunately with 3 kids, I have zero time or money for car audio anymore. Wish I did though.

Looks nice. Lovely pics man. She looks happy.

11 year old thread. Doubt you'll get a response from the OP as he has stated that he's is done with building enclosures and no longer visits the site iirc. Just FYI

that's what she said!

Working in a prison i get to see everything. From 1%er's (bike gangs), to crips and bloods, mafia families, native american gangs, hispanic gangs (we had a sureno from bay harbor for a bit), asian gangs to guys connected to terrorist cells. The whole crip/blood thing is getting really muddy of late. The allegiances seem to be more based on neighborhood and can change quickly. When shit goes down on the street they inevitably go down at work.
-
Gotta love having gangs... 20 inmate gang fight in one of our units last night. Put 2 into ambulances. At least one with a puncture into his chest cavity that was affecting his breathing. Nothing like being at work for 15.5 hours and hearing the call for assistance come over the radio.

Fastest launch on a green light bro. No way is soccer mom in her minivan beating them on the light change...

Nice looking ride. And that enclosure is so nice looking. Overall, love it man. Well done. One lucky kiddo you got.

A good salesman is always chasing a sale. Always. Every person you meet is a potential client to sell to.

Ugh, I hate getting up to be at the gym for 5:30 in the morning. So not a morning person. But, with the workout done and out of the way that leaves the rest of the day for my unproductivity to shine through...
