Wasn't the APSS program that I didn't like. It's a decent idea, especially for competitors. Instead of waiting for repair with the standard warranty you pay a little extra to have new shipped. This could be a big difference between missing a 3x event or not to someone running their gear to the extreme. Its taramps policy of running their warranty period when a product is still in their possession or the possession of their dealer/distributor network that I am not fond of. Nothing against Shizzon at all, and as the distributor is really out of his control entirely. But with him be the authorized distributor he would be our venue for complaints unfortunately. And thank you to shizzon for being honest in replies and attempting to explain/resolve questions as they arise.

That 2 month max, is that total from date of manufacture to date of sale? Or is it just at your distribution warehouse? If so, how long did the mfg have it in theirs before shipping to you? And since you distribute to independent retailers correct? Then what accounts for how low it sits on a retailers shelf? To many variables IMO. That is why across industries in general, warranties are from date of purchase, as a standard business practice.

So warranty from date of manufacture? So if I buy a product built 9 months ago, figure a week to ship it. "1 year warranty" means I have less than 90 days of actual warranty time? Hell sell an amp past that 1 year from manufacture date, and there's no warranty to the original purchaser of a product? Seems wrong to me. Sorry.

Incriminator Audio LI 10' D2 and PPI Sedona 850.1 BRAND NEW
nigel replied to S.DeYoung's topic in For Sale/Wanted
I am currently running this same amp @ 2 ohms. With no issues or complaints. For the price it works quite well. Glws. -
Thank you for the reply Aaron. Appreciated. Although I do agree with azagtoth502 about the laughs in one respect.

When did they leave? As I just noticed they are no longer in the manufacturer section. And for what reason? If that is allowed to be answered. Just my curiosity here. That is all.

I understood the general consensus of most on here. That he was not knowledgeable, used whatever design he could get copied/ buy the cheapest. And was basically just drop shipping inferior quality "knock offs". With his branding on it... Rather than do any real r&d. Or source his own designs. Having asked some genuine questions about his products myself to no avail, it definitely did not give me confidence in him or his products.

Looking good. Acrylic paints are water based, and absorb moisture... Not good for wet sanding unfortunately. Nice too see you decided to go with and embrace the mistakes. Gives character to product for sure.

We could hold an airsoft gun out of the driver side window?? Close enough lol do it Anything else new with this? I guess... But only if the passenger is holding one too... And, more pics! Cool project for sure.

Funky pup. -
Turret mounted twin AA-12 fully automatic shotguns with 50 round drum mags on roof controlled electronically from passenger seat using an in dash mounted monitor and PlayStation style controller. That is my suggestion for a zav. Oh, and obviously using explosive rounds.

A table saw is not necessary for enclosure building. I use a circular saw for my cuts. If you pick up a full sheet and don't have extra hands to help, wrangling it onto most home table saws is going to be very hard. If you don't have a steady hand and good eye with the circular saw then get a cut guide to run the saw with. You will be amazed how well this works. But you will want multiple work horses to support the sheet. Home depot, Lowes etc... Will not guarantee there cuts as being dead on. It's posted right by their cut area, all cuts are rough cuts and may be up to 1/4" off... Which as with my local Rona that has a digital panel saw and 2 staff that were carpenters who just work the cut shop, it's complete b.s. that the cuts they make are as off as they make them.

the wife accidently closed my hand in the door of her old sentra she had a couple years ago. luckily it was near the top of the door where there is some play and it didn't really hurt that much, but she was in tears over feeling so bad about it. When I was a kid on a trip in Australia with my parents I somehow caught my wrist on the door latch getting out of a rental vehicle and gave myself a nice gash that narrowly missed the vein. It bled for quite some time too. Hope yours heals up quickly.

Nice tat. Nice truck. Do you have a bed for it? Fleetside or step? Wish I had kept my dime. But no money time or room for it. If that's an everyday carry, get out and practice, practice, practice. Lots of people fail to fire pulling on a hard trigger forgetting to disengage their safety when the adrenaline kicks in. Make it ingrained second nature. And cute girl. Had to throw that in. She looks just like someone I used to work with who was a real sweetheart.

Must be nice to have money to toss away frivolously. Have always wanted to do this type of thing but never have the time/funds. That, and a ZAV should be big enough to run over zombies. You hit one or two with that and your going to get stuck on them. No good...

Well, it's been a long while since I've updated this. Just have been too busy. Well, I still haven't picked up any color for this enclosure so it is installed in just primer. Here are some pics as it sits. Just too busy to work on it any more at the moment. How it looks from the back: Between the box and back seat showing connection to the amp. (folded passenger side of rear seat forward to get this pic): Showing the way it is secured to the vehicle to prevent movement: Just thought I should show how it sits now. Still no videos of it in action either.

so as i said in my other post in the fab section, I got a little money for my birthday, so some of it went towards this: So, out with the old sealed: Here's the helper that I've enlisted: Now just to finalize the plans. Aiming for ~4 cubes at 34 Hz, Sub up still, port back. Still have some other left over MDF in the garage, so I should have enough wood now.

Well the mobile view is looking good on my phone. Only thing I could view is subwoofer cones so far. Keep at Q. It's definitely coming along. -
.x decibels ... Will be the deciding factor for winning a world championship or not ...seen it MANY times ... This is the same for SQ score cards too ... .xx means ALOT and most time a rejudge seen it THIS year at Finals ... I gained 1.25 points this year just by removing my wishield rear view mirror and retuning ...Something I learned THIS year at Finals ... And this is why many top competitors keep everything close to the cuff, and aren't fielding questions on online forums. Where decimal points mean so much, one cannot afford to give them away.

Best design engineers or not, your willingness to openly and honestly answer questions is impeccable to say the least. And for this industry to hear someone say that the lesser cost of two options would be your suggestion as the seller even though you stand to make less money is amazing. Not many honest salesmen left in the world. Not to mention that as proprietor of your company you also have a vast wealth of technical knowledge, and are more than willing to share this and give insight freely speaks volumes to who you are as a person.

With many it's also the "trade secrets" concept of not giving those competing against you anything to give them an edge... Why would I post up all of the little things I do that gain me the .x decibels each that together make the difference between me coming in 1st vs 4th? That being said I do not not personally compete, but years ago considered it. At the time I asked a forum member on sound illusions for some tips since he was running the exact same vehicle as me. He sent me a list of everything that gained him .1 db each (pass seat forward, floor mats out, etc...) After I told him what class I would be in (not his) and that I was in another country. And he did this through pm only.

This has my vote for comment of the day. This disclaimer could probably prevent quite a few hurt feelings...

Its the fact that people give negatives based on opinion of the poster not on the content of the post. As said previously ratings should have a reason that you can attach to the rating that people can look at.
