up here at any shop you're looking at $100 - $150 per hour of sitting generally. Can be more depending on artist and detail/colour... I have a minimal amount of ink, and have one piece that needs to be finished, plus another I need to get, but it's just not in the cards right now. Although I need to soon get the cash together to get my third son's name done as I have the older two. Problem is I have my older two boys names on my upper arms, and don't know where I want to put the third ones name. Kinda failed to think that through when I started I guess... oops.

bahaha.. gotta love the mass media portrayal. We have just as big of douchebags as anywhere else.

criminals will do just about anything to hide their behaviour/crimes... https://www.cnn.com/2018/01/30/world/toronto-landscaper-murders-trnd/index.html http://nationalpost.com/news/canada/bruce-mcarthur-charged-with-3-new-counts-of-murder-related-to-men-missing-in-toronto-gay-village this story is insane.

The affordability thing is huge. I have multiple things i want done, but can't seem to come up with a logical reason to spend the dough on it. With 3 kids, spending money on ink just can't be a priority at this point in my life.

With those max dimensions, assuming using 3/4 inch wood you have a gross internal volume of 1.91 cubic feet. After subtracting port, driver and bracing displacement, you should have no issues coming in around the 1.5 cubic feet i believe that icon likes for a ported enclosure (i could be wrong on what is recommended)

Any vids of it in action in vehicle? Thoughts?

Looks like a lot of fun. Guessing you have one on order?

Had a buddy knock his old lady up in the hot tub... This one is so not true. Your body actually stores the sperm internally after being produced in the testes, as a measure of protection against temperature changes in the environment (think pre clothing historical evolution) Worst part in his case, was they had 4 kids already between the two of them (2 each from previous relationships) and had his vasectomy booked that week...
-
Oh for sure. Can't wait to "get back in the saddle" as they say...
-
Not to discourage trying something new, but you do already gave a couple nice options there (especially the icon)... Leads me to the thought of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" Any particular reason you don't want to run the icon? And what are the dimensions you have to work with?

Well, went and got a vasectomy this afternoon. And what they say is true, feels like someone kicked me right in the nuts. Damn.

well?

I believe they wrote a country song about something like this...

What do you mean by upper frequency? Is it still in the range that the sub should be playing, or is it that more due to a lack of midbass response? Have you tried changing box orientation? How is the box loaded (sub/port on same wall or different?) What vehicle is this in? What are you running for your other speakers? amplification? processing? There are many things that could be affecting what you are perceiving as a lack of response in the upper bass frequencies. You are always better to start off by working with what you have, to find out what is going on before you start throwing money at new equipment. And as Aaron said, Welcome to SSA

I find this is the only forum that I've used that still have an active community. And that's probably more due to the family feel and welcoming environment. Plus having this thread for "shooting the shit" conversations. Definitely keeps me coming back.

How much previous experience do you have at exercising? To blind suggest a routine isn't really overly helpful. When just starting out many people either go too hard, and cause a lot of soreness to the point of giving up, or they don't push themselves and see no changes and give up from frustration. Having lost 120 lbs already is awesome, however starvation to get there is not a good way, as your body will inevitably consume muscle for energy as well as fat. Also at that much loss, you will likely always have some of the extra skin hanging around (especially in the lower abdominal area) unfortunately. Not saying this to dash your hopes but rather so you can set realistic expectations. As for to help you find/create/adjust routines, there are many online sources of information you could research. A few good guys on youtube to watch that I like are athlean-x (jeff cavaliere) and Damien Patrick. If you look up those 2 on youtube, they give great how to's, Damien Patrick has common routine split video's as well as full routine (workout) video's that are great. Athlean-X has great how to's, and routines, as well as gives meal plan/prep videos.

always sucks having to modify routine to account for exhaustion whatever the reason. Major calorie deficits suck. Low back and GI issues suck. Hope things get back on the up and up. I've recently started doing 6 day/week workouts. Still doing the basic chest/back/leg/shoulder/arm mon - fri routine. But have now added in deadlift Saturdays as I found doing them on either leg or back day was just too much. Working much better this way, and then I just quickly do some bi/tri low weight/high rep feeder work and some forearm stuff to fill out my gym time (as my arms seem to be my worst non-responders and don't want to grow/change). Sundays I still keep as a rest day. Body needs time off, and proper rest still.

That's a ton of physical excercise/day/week... I aim for about 45 min - 1 hour of strength training 5 days/week then volleyball for 1.5 hours tuesday night and try for about 20 min cardio at least 1-2 times/week otherwise. And i don't count calories at all, I just eat an amount that makes me feel full. I try to keep it fairly healthy as best i can, but don't shy away from things like pizza or burgers either.

Assuming you're a LEO then. Same here, except im a CO so not so much focus on extended running, as there are many barriers to stop them, more just need the strength to gain control.
-
I generally lift 5-6 days/week. It's just so ingrained into my schedule at this point there is no requirement for motivation anymore. I have coworkers who ask me about how i stay motivated to do weight training, and i always tell them that it's not motivation (as the reason to get motivated will change as you change) but rather dedication and consistency.

2 years ago i tried to get into jogging with my oldest son. We were doing an average of 1.5 - 2 miles a day 4-5 times per week. We were going at his pace (he was 7 at the time) so too slow ofa pace for my stride, but we averaged 15 - 18 minutes per jog. I tried getting out on my own a couple of times, and once did a 4 mile jog with a friend, but just couldn't find the motivation for continuing.
-
way to go on having the energy to jog. I can never bring myself to do any jogging past about the 2 mile mark maybe once every other month. Just can't bring myself to keep going.
-
that's good to hear you are keeping it on track. Need to have a rest with being hit by the flu. Probably a bit of a drop in strength but nothing you won't quickly overcome. my cardio has been lacking this winter as well... but will soon be getting back on track for that myself as well.

4 years late though...
