  1. Thought I would post a few pics of my almost finished Accord IB setup. I need to trim this thing out and clean the wiring up a bit but you get the idea. The idea was to be as stealthy as possible without getting crazy. The sound is unlike anything I have ever heard in a car. I have been listening to Pink Floyd The wall C2K 36183, which is a high quality recording often referenced by folks reviewing high end audiophile equipment. The low end power is amazing while still being able to blend in with the mids nicely. Super detail in the bass and huge output. The gunshots at the end of disc one sound incredible. I was running a JL 10W3 in a sealed enclosure and there is nothing the Flatlyne does not do better. It is lightyears ahead. Smooth, natural, effortless, and powerfull are some of the words I would use to describe the sound. The few people to test drive it with me have all said the same thing. WOW! Thanks IA, I did not think sound like this was possible in a car. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3310204

Great. Thanks. The plan is to completely seperate the trunk from the cabin. It is a lot of work but I almost have it. A little fiberglass action this weekend should seal the deal. One more thing. Do you make some kind of cover for the sub. Would like to avoid marriage issues related to my wife damaging the sub. She tends to throw things in the trunk with no regard to high end audio equipment. Something with the Skull and Crossbones decal would be perfect! Thanks

    SSA SHOP BACK ONLINE!

I think you might still have some issues. I tried to log in to track an order and the system did not recognize my e-mail address. I sent a message through the contact us link and got a wierd reply duplicating an order I placed last week and requesting payment. Not trying to be a PIA just wanted to give you a heads up. I am sure you have your hands full! Rick

    12" flatlyne mounting

Hello, I have a 12" Flatlyne on order that I plan to use in an IB setup. I am working on the baffle and a couple questions have come up. I am under the impression it is alright to install the sub with the driver facing the cabin of the car (inverted mount). Anything wrong with this plan? If it is a problem is tilting the speaker at a slight downward angle OK (cone facing down a bit)? Thanks
