do the big 3 from your alt to the battery! ditch the cap and buy a yellow top under hood, then a powermaster or kinetik in the trunk!! you could still put your capacitor in if you wanted, from your second battery to the amp! also look into a HO alternator....if they make one for your model car!

this is what i am working with: 2 15" fi q's w/o options 1 sealed box 2.5 ft per chamber hifonics bruts 2000 08 model and my car is a tiny mazda protege 4 door....so no i can't fit the right sized ported box in my small trunk!! done the big 3 2 yellow tops!

small car:mazda pioneer 5900 deck pioneer mids and highs hifonics brutus 2000 crunch 1000 on mids and highs 2 15" fi q's w/o options sealed pro box big car:cadillac jensen touch screen (forgot the exact model) hifonics mid's and highs 4 5-1/2" in front 4 6X9"s in rear hifonics zxi 2 channell ma audio 4k 4 15"kicker cvx's future for the big car ps3, screens in head rest,new wheels and candy paint!

hello ssa just wanted to know if i strapped a rockford bd3000 on either a fi btl 15" or a DD 9515" in a good ported box to specs...which will produce more numbers? and also sound better doing it?

install dependent...amp, box, electrical...but you may want to listen to these guys about cone area! 2 10's will push more air than 1 12".. however the 12 will pick up the lower frequencies better..but at the same time as i have mentioned it will be install dependent!

on the right amount of power in a good ported box tuned to around 35hz to 30hz, which sub will produce more spl...yes i know they are both more LOUD SOUND QUALITY oriented, but narrow it down to which one will be louder! jl w7 13 or Elemental designs 13 Av.2 i know the price of the ed is almost half of the W7 but sometimes that falls back on you get what you pay for!

ok dude (sorry)...i just haven't heard the ed sub before! but i have heard the W7 it was loud but leaned more towards sq than anything! Not so sure I'd call the w7 an SQ sub, the w6 smokes it in the respect. The eduh is a joke. Ben is a crook and will screw you whenever he gets the chance. yea that is very true about the w6 since i have owned one, can't really compare anything to the w6 as far as sq goes. but i appreciate it!

my buddy want's to trade me a used 08 kicker l7 15" for a hifonics 08 bruts 2000 it says it does 2000 rms on the internet. so is this true or does it max out around 2000 watts? and if it had the right install, extra batteries,HO alternator, and 0 guage!!.....had to throw that in there cause i know that would be what makes a difference.

my buddy is getting rid of his 4 12" L7's and wan't to get 3 15"L7's.. but the amp he has is 1ohm stable and he wont get full output with that amp cause 3 dvc 4ohm subs wired in series can only go down to 2.6 ohm load!! so which amp would you guys reccommend at 2 ohms? the amp he has now is the hifonics brutus 2600 or 2800 not 100%sure! not sure on his budget but i believe he doesn't care!

well he already has one of the 15"s and he wan't to buy one of my 15"s that's used, so those two are dual 4 ohms...so all he has to do is buy 1 more!

not really sure all of the subs are 1000rms and 2000 peak so i guess atleast an amp that will do around 2000 to 2400 rms!

i have an 03 mazda protege dx...it's i tiny four door car similar to a civic in size....the alt is a stock 80 amp the problem is they do not make a HO alt for this car...i have one yellow top under the hood and i guess it's getting old now considering the voltage is getting lower when i am hittin hard.. i do have s 2.5 farad cap and i know it doesn't cure the problem! but i'm afraid of adding another battery in the trunk because wouldn't that make it harder on the altenator to charge 2 batteries?? Amp is a titanium 2400 Subs 2 15" fi Q's voltage drops to like 11.8 to 11.3 the lowest! any way of working around this? or do i need to add another batterie?

well my buddy has it and he told me how to do it...it's illegal but so is limewire...he said go to youtube pull the song up..the open another internet page and type in listentoyoutube.com...go back to the youtube copy the url and paste it on the other site and it should convert the video into an mp3, but like i said it's illegal so it's up to you if you wanna do that or not?

I am curious as to how and why you think the Titanium amps are worlds better than Kicker or Fosgate. never said they were better, just throwing out another option..everyone has kicker,fosgate,autotek,sundown..what's wrong with doing something different? and also the titanium amps are cheaper than fosgate and more powerful, and why i think they are better than kicker is cause they actually go down to 1ohm..not to say kicker isn't good cause they are!

i did the big 3 about 2 days ago and it helped out a little bit, cheapest upgrade i can think of. instead of dropping to 11.6 when the bass drops to 12.8...so you could say it added a volt to it, it doesn't drop below that though which is fine by me!
