what kinda motor is this and where can i get a recone???

it has 2 slugs and there .75 inch thick and it had a 3 inch coil yea the pics are a lil bit bad because of the flash -

i have a motor off of a sub that i blew....well creased and cracked the cone....i was told it was a tc9...but i want to make sure before i try and get a recone...but here are pics any help would be appreciated
