  1. I appreciate everyone's feedback . I was actually planning on buying one too . So should I buy a second battery? If so how much would that run me? I'm about to install a 15" RF sub and an RF amp with these specs.... * Amplifier Type: 2-channel * 12dB or 24dB/octave selectable crossover * 2/4 channel switch * 4 Gauge Power/Ground connections with built-in ATC fusing * Audiophile grade amphanol speaker connections * Best in class 4 oz. copper traces * MasterSync * PowerSync * Stealth Connections * 50 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS * 100 W x 2 @ 2 Ohms RMS * 150 W x 2 @ 1 Ohms RMS * 200 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms bridged RMS * 300 W x 1 @ 2 Ohms bridged RMS
  2. I honestly never knew what a cap was until my friend told me he's selling his. What are the cons/pros of using one?
  3. I'm looking for a good HU that ranges from $100-200 and plays music via bluetooth with excellent sound. I have a 15" Rockford Fosgate T1 sub and a RF 300W 2 CH T3002 amp. I still need to replace both my front and back speakers. I love bass so I'm looking for a radio that has no problem with a lot of it.
  4. oh all right as you can tell I really don't know much of anything about car audio. So what would be some good speaker for the front and back?
  5. does that mean that the amp is weak compared to the sub? I asked around on this site and someone told me that would be a really good amp for it
  6. I've all ready purchased a 15" Rockford Fosgate T1 sub with these specs...... q Rec. Sealed Box Dims: 1.75 cu.ft. q Rec. Ported Box Dims: 2.25 cu.ft. q Free Air Usage: not recommended q Sensitivity: 87.5 Db q Frequency Response: n/a q Recommended RMS Power: 600W q Peak Power Handling: 1200W q Impedance: dual 4 ohms subwoofer wiring options and a 300W 2 CH T3002 Fosgate AMPLIFIER with these specs.... # Amplifier Type: 2-channel # 12dB or 24dB/octave selectable crossover # 2/4 channel switch # 4 Gauge Power/Ground connections with built-in ATC fusing # Audiophile grade amphanol speaker connections # Best in class 4 oz. copper traces # MasterSync # PowerSync # Stealth Connections # 50 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS # 100 W x 2 @ 2 Ohms RMS # 150 W x 2 @ 1 Ohms RMS # 200 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms bridged RMS # 300 W x 1 @ 2 Ohms bridged RMS I need to replace my 2 front and back speakers. I listen to hip hop music but I'm really just looking for a set up that doesn't let my t1 base completely over power the highs and is reliable enough to not blow out when my music is cranked really loud. I've been looking at PHOENIX GOLD RSD 65CS 6.5" COMPONENT SPEAKERS and Pioneer Premier TS-D902P 6" x 9" 2-Way 360W Speakers on ebay. R these by far the best speaker for me around the price of $75-100 or can you think of anything better. Even though I have a deep passion for bass I'm guessing bass doen't matter much with my speakers because I have the 15" T1. Am I wrong to think this?
  7. I looked this up on ebay and couldn't find any. Are there any sites that run good deals on these amps?
  8. Sorry I honestly don't know what you mean by coils. As you can tell I really don't know much about car audio and I purchased the sub and box from ebay. The auction didn't say anything about coils. I'm looking for an amp in the $200-300 price range off ebay. edit: I looked at some other auctions for this same sub and here are a few specs... q Rec. Sealed Box Dims: 1.75 cu.ft. q Rec. Ported Box Dims: 2.25 cu.ft. q Free Air Usage: not recommended q Sensitivity: 87.5 Db q Frequency Response: n/a q Recommended RMS Power: 600W q Peak Power Handling: 1200W q Impedance: dual 4 ohms subwoofer wiring options
  9. I have a 15" Rockford Fosgate T1 1200 watt sub. Could kicker ZX750 with the below specifications power it well? Also is there an amp that is around the same price range? -RMS Power: 375RMS @ 4OHMS 750RMS @ 2OHMS -Input: High/low input -Ouput: RCA output for additional amp -Remote bass level control Height: in(mm) 2 1/8 (54mm) Width: in(mm) 9 5/8 (244mm) Frequency Response,
  10. If it is that important to everyone that I type all of my words out completely I will respect you guys' wishes in order to get the best help possible. I've just been carrying on old habits from a more casual forum that I visit from time to time but it seems that I have touched a nerve with some of the members on this one. Anyway.....I know so little about amps or subs that I don't even know a good price to pay for a decent amp. I was thinking about just getting the kicker ZX750 from another auction with these specifications -RMS Power: 375RMS @ 4OHMS 750RMS @ 2OHMS -Input: High/low input -Ouput: RCA output for additional amp -Remote bass level control Height: in(mm) 2 1/8 (54mm) Width: in(mm) 9 5/8 (244mm) Frequency Response,
  11. Is that even English? And an 800W RMS amp will power a 600W RMS sub. Don't look at max ratings. sorry bout the grammar but sometimes i just get lazy with my typing. I'm n college and taking English classes so if i wanted to i could b really proper but i just don't c the point. but anyway... it turns out that the guy all ready sold the amp so i'm just buying the sub and box. What would be the ideal amp for this 15" t1 now that the amp n the auction is out of the picture?
  12. jst 2 b clear.... a 800w amp is capable of powering a 1200w sub? i tld ma friend bout this n he said i got it backwards
  13. sorry....as u can tell i really dnt know much of anything bout car audio. how well would the amp that's in the link power the sub?
  14. Would this be a decent system for a not so high budget. I listen to hip hop music n LOVE alot of bass. my friend has a 10" T1 with a kicker amp that goes up to 1300 watts. how would the sytem n the link compare to my friends? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...T&viewitem=
