yeah damn i was looking at it yesterday , and it looks even better today , almost time for a test thump as soon as the dorrs show up , we will be hooking this beast up, ddaammnnn man , it will shake the earth , people in mexico will hear this one , LOL
-
yeah i would be interested to know how the handle it ,
-
hands down , go with a Dcon , they can handle 400W no prob , and it hits the low tones enough to shake your guts , LOL i have a single 10" Dcon in my trunk , and people think i am running 2 12's , not bad for a $200 sub , pure SQ , and still very loud , i hit 137DB sealed on dash , not bad for 400W , eh ? go with a DCON , you wont be disapointed i promise
-
i would say they could handle 2000W no problem , i have seen ICONs take 1500 without damage , and they are rated for 1000W, so yeah buy one and see what they can do

-
Welcome , newcomer , 8" D-con X 3 , would be sweet for you truck , it would pound , at sound amazing , i am so impressed with my D-con it is well worth the money , but hey when you do get your new subs do them some justice and get Thumpper to biuld you a PTS box , you will not regret it , i promise , if i had things my way , every SSA sub ever made should go into one of Trevor's Enclosures , But thats just me , LOL , happy pounding peace

have you done your Big 3 yet ? that will help also too , depending on what size of car and battery you have , you might need a cap, hope that helps , -
yeah it looks good , and it was quite heavy too, LOL i'll be checking this one out , as it unfolds , but so far so good as usual Trevor is the MAN .... can't wait to get my third PTS box , coming soon , Dual 10" D-cons
-
i'll give it a week tops , Trevor is known to destroy even the best made woofers, but it will give his JBL amp something to chew on for awhile. LOL
-
mixing different sizes of subs , will not sound good , it might get loud , but it will sound nasty, each size of sub will be moving at different speeds , some going fast , some slow , it would be nutz , so yeah pick a pair and stick with it,
-
i agree , give the sub the power it needs to perform, if you underpower , it might damage the sub
-
yeah it looks real clean , keep up the good work
-
welcome , dude , good luck with your set up

Hey guys , need a little help here i have my mono amp under my driver seat , and my component's amp under my passenger seat, now i am going to be entering into street stock division this season, and i heard from a reliable source that i would have to move my amps into the trunk to qualify in street stock , and then i heard from another reliable source that as long as the amps are completely hidden under the seat that it would be all good, ??? which is the correct info ?? any help or advice would be apreciated, thanks

-
ok thanks Denim , i will check those rules out , also too , have you heard about Back seat modifications to incorporate a pass-thru , as long as the back seat is functonal then it should be all good right ? thanks my car doesn't have a leagal pass-thru , but Mr. Komant , who built two of my boxes, and sold me the best sub i ever owned , has a similar back seat mod, and he had no problems, just wanted to get some more feeback,

yeah i like this forum , it has a good feel to it, lots of Bass-heads, and lots of laughs. Thumbs up ! -
i dont now much about the subs , but i would choose the twelves , the smaller the woofer the tighter the sound, and besides the two twelves would be more surface area, which would hit louder on the mic
