please go with a reliable HO alternator because in the long run you will probably spend more getting it rewound and still not being satisfied. I am going to do it the right way and order a DC in the spring

Yeah they pack a punch. For instance the 1200 will give you 1500 watts as a starting battery and 3000 watts as a secondary battery. The 3100 will give you 5000+ watts of power as a secondary battery and 4000 watts of power as a starting battery. We have a chart in one of our brochures I will try to post up here tomorrow and it shows the wattage per battery. damn.

yes i would make sure the car is on so you know what your idle voltage is sitting at -
probably greese a pan, throw the weed on it, then wait till all the THC drains out onto the pan pour it into a cup just like brownies

glad to hear it...let me know what's going on this weekend

i wouldn't throw anymore than 3000watts with the proper electrical daily...also thats with proper tuning too
-
better get that in tomorrow!

If you have any questions about installing it let us know i just ordered a blue one my fave. also i'll be sure to ask thanks i know were im going to install it now and its going to look great!!! My volt meters scheduled to be here 2m. So to calibrate it I hook it up to my amp. Test my battery with a DMM. And set the meter to whatever the batterys readin? yes -

And as for setting it up...get a dmm and record the voltage and then take the front face off the voltmeter (may take alittle force) and turn the dial i think clockwise untill it matches the voltage -

hook it up to whatever you want to monitor the voltage....either the amp or battery For example installing it into the amplifer you connect the (red) into positive on amp, (black) into the ground, and you can either run the blue wire to the remote on the amp or the deck whatever you choose...for convience run it into the rem on the deck -
Glad to have you hear

Which is better for alpine MRP-M2000? 18" BTL dual1 or dual 2?
Mac N Cheese replied to DBZ's topic in General Fi
The only difference between 1 and 2 are the ohm loads -
Good location for voltmeter/gain knob

What the hell are you talking about Gioia69. He is going to need a dual 1 and wire it to 2 ohms. Also he already mentioned getting an HO alternator. So it sounds like he is going to be on top of his electrical. Don't forget about batteries. Example Deka, kinetik or XS
