I got my XM mifi for free... had it for 4 months ONLY channel worth listening to is Opie and ANthony... So i payed $51 and got the sirius tuner for my alpine(XM only my ass===Crutchfield knows nothing)!!! PS anybody want a cheap Myfi???

Running Alpine 9815 dual line display for that satellite radio goodness(says XM ready, Crutchfield tells me sirius wont hookup, i bought sirius and it works and hooksup fine, well except the radio thinks its called XM...) Also I-personalize works like a charm (or just turn alot of dials in the car). Mp3 Playback is nice and organized... im in love with it!

So you are saying that if the main port is 2"wide and the back 2 ports going to each chamber are 1" wide, this is ideal??? if no then you lost me hahaa

I saw kicker had a line of install accessories, power kits, brass hardware and rca's i see some vauge explanations of the products, but is there an indepth view of what each of these kits come with... for example the 1/o gauge multi amp kit... i see some pics with it including battery terminals... are these included?? stillwater help!

even with the back speakers having a freq response only upto 500 hz and adjustable time correction... i thought maybee that staging would be a minimal issue.... Also i know how bass is considered omnidirectional.. but up to what freq is that valid for... is midbass still in that catagory or when can u begin to tell where it is comming from

Here is an idea i am throwing around for my 99 neon... 5.25 component set up front for the hi/hi-mids have 6x9 holes in the rear deck, but will enlarge them slightly to encompass 8"(7.25 cutout) midbass drivers 50-200 hz response.. then have 2 12's in aported box in the trunk Is this a sound design to put the midbass on the rear deck?? I have read numerous things about running mono for the rears/keep away from highs back there cuz it moves the center image backwards types of things... Also is this going to be terrible placement for the "free air" midbass speakers on the rear deck having their back wave interfering with the sub output... (really the rear deck is the only place i have room to put them, unless i goto 6.5 " midbass drivers) i have blown 2 pair of rear speakers just running off headunit amp, i suspect the subs push the rear drivers out when they want to push back and forth and cause the rear speakers to die very quickly do to the resistance... is this a common problem??? sorry im full of questions... I have played round with my car audio setup for a few years now, but i want to get serious about the sound... any suggestions???

The Resolutions you are talking about are the RS components??? You like them more than the ss'ers???? Or they just happen to be the ones you are running?

I have read alot on building ported boxes in the past couple of days but here is what i was planning on.... Putting two kicker 12" L7's in a ported box. Here is my ? When porting the box is it more efficent to put one port out the middle where both chambers connect to, or to port each individual enclosure on either side/ or in the middle just separated!? If using just one port is there a need to separated the two chambers before the port?? THanks!@
