Lowes here sells 6" fittings but no 6" (that makes sence). Plumming supply stores sell it in 20ft lengths for like $3/foot...i wanna make my first pair before i make an investment like that. Im probably going to call home depot and then drive 30min

no, sink a 40' 20" storm drain halfway into the ground and hang on the top so you have the biggest colum of uninterupted air possible under you...but you have to do it in the middle of a trailer park becuase thoes things are tornado magnets. at least here in FL.

im taking that flare above, scaleing it up to 6" size, and that will be my mold. Im using 4-5layres of 6 oz cloth and a small section of 6" and a 6" joiner. Materials for a pair will be about $25, or that is what it looks like right now.

Free weights when i do lift rest of the time, running long distance, 400m's, stadiums (doing laps around the stadium up and down the stairs), push ups and sit ups and doing chores around the house... When i do use freweights my lifts of choice are benchpress, over head press (when my sholder isnt bothering me), Clean and Jerk, Squats, Calf lifts, and i use the lat machien (pull downs and upright rows). i usually do low weight high rep an everyonce and a while a pyramid workout.
