Heh, RE componet set was the first addition... 6 months before i got my drivers license and after only having the truck for 7 days. Ordered the Ava 2 months before i started driving and it arrived on my brithday. i got my license a week later and never experenced a back seat in my truck. On the comming up i am asking for either a HU, Alternator, or Intake, maybe a yellow top. ALL the freaking time, especially when im borred. i love it when they get a new employee and they dont know me and htink they can walk all over me like every other dubass High Schooler that walks in. -

Heat gun + Garradge. If sawing in the garradge didnt make such a mess i would have finished what i could on my new enclosure. Im seeing if i can get some 6" PVC, if not im going wit ha slot port. If i go with a slot port im going to have variabel tuning

Wow...great job. Im thinking one will do fine in my GF's Moms Explorer 0.8cuft @ 30Hz with 200w of power will sound nice... but me thinks me dont have enough port area in the box already built. hmmmm i have about 6sqin of port area, unflared. ill see what WinISD says my velocity will be.

High today of like 65 with a 55 wind chill...its been pretty warm all winter untill these past few days. Tomarow htey expect it to go below 20. First time ive ever had to stop spraying windsheild fluid because it was making the ice thicker this morning.

How many ampere's should 1/0 be fused to? im thinking 200a just to be safe because if my stock charging system exceeds that something is wrong.

i was so pissed off and tired by the time we got it all buttoned up i never got a finished pic. Then we where having throttle cable problems. Made a huge difference though. I used to hate Hyundias too but this is a quick little car (Tiburon). I Do hate the way the heat sheilds are st up and the desigenrs of the engine still though.

GT's have DOHC v6 Stock with 176bhp. comes in 6 and 5 speed, 5 speed has less drivetrain loss. he has the 5 speed. Bottom end i would say stayed about the same. its a "stage 4" intake manifolds. well loweri ntake manifold is the same as 2 and 3 but the upper intake manifold has longer runners and a biger bore. its really ment for boosted apps but it gains a little more than the "stage 3" from that company. He plans on getting a turbo kit for it as soon they come out and the price starts to drop. Aparently these things are ran pig rich from the factory. With intake and exaust they gain a true 20whp normally. Intake manfolds fro mthe factory everything else stock gians 20hp...i'd say he is sitting around 180whp. He wants a wideband fule tuner and to get the car on the dyno. I have no doubts this thing could do 200whp with a wide band and a dyno tune. I wish he had gone ahead and doen new injectors while we where swapping the manifolds beause the stocks limit the engine to about 300whp. I dont know when the bottom end will give out but there are pleny of people running aroudn with 300whp with no problems supercharged. his ultamite plans for the car are a built bottom end and putting down over 400hp to the ground at full boost. If that will ever actually happens i dont know.

Im thinking about doing a test, im going to get Gorrila GLue, Standard wood glue, an w/e eones i can pick up, follow directons perfect to teh T and then to tensile strength tests.

in some cars water runs throuhg the doors Some neoprene is damn heavy while others is quite lite. My we suit weighs aboud 1/2 as much as my vest but uses more neoprene.

Sweeet. In my new enclosure im going for interchangeable ports....im gonna go up to 8.25cuft@40Hz... any more and my port will have to be less than 6" long which ive heard really doesnt make it a port any more. 60sqin of port area. i stay below 60ft/sec for daily and peak at 85 ft/sec with the SPL port in. Hopefully i will have my new 1100D Refurb by Mar 18. See you there.

When my wood working skills get better im gonna try biscut joints with gorrilla glue and use nothing but clamps.

BTW, yo ureally only need 2, 3 at the max, and 3 cynder blocks (cynder blocks are my best friend when building alone) all that cost less than one good bar clamp

i have 6 cheap plastic/nylon clamps (the ones that are black with orange teeth or w/e) and 2 cynder blocks...its all i need
