Did you get any xrays done? Which way did you roll it and how severe? I'm going to guess the outside of your foot rolled over and hit the ground while your knee extended over past your toes (soccer?). Is it swollen? Did you ice it immediately? Even your basic rolled ankle injury should be taken seriously. I rolled mine 12 years ago during baseball and ... being a dumbass athlete I thought I was invincible. I can still feel it a little bit today. Anyway, "once a sprain, always a sprain" doesn't cut it. You're right - stay off of it (but don't let it get too stiff on you). Put the foot up, it should make it feel somewhat better for a while. Ice it for a couple days. Gibney strapping also works if it's a first or second degree sprain (doubt it's a third degree, you'd know if it was )

Branded: All of the little scuffs and what look like scratches on the sub and amp are just the flash, I take take of my equipment. It's much louder than the sealed enclosure ... much louder, and still sounds awesome with the ~ 29hz tuning. Doesn't mean anything to me, but I can bounce the rear wiper off the window now It actually scares me now. Thing gets so low. It's beyond reasonable, for my likings/needs anyway

2 cubes sealed would be the absolute minimum I believe. Marketed as a medium to large sealed box driver, that's for sure.

I'm driving home in the IROC just now ... there's an ambulance behind me. Turns his lights on, I pull over, he passes me and turns his lights off and continues on at the same speed. I won't lie to you ... I've done it in a fire truck before, and would if I was a cop or paramedic. But since I was in the 'ROC, the four ways got turned on, high beams flashing ... and a hard third to fourth drive by took place. If it weren't for the bugs around here I'd be all over the evening/night riding right now. Need to get some of those quick rip pull back back clear film pieces for the visor on my helmet. A moth will hit the visor, leave a mark, and I'll ADD out and stare at it until I realize I'm doing nearly double the limit in a gear far too low for noise purposes.

I hate my stupid cell phone - don't even know why I have one. I spend most of my day looking at the caller ID and seeing the two or three people that call it once in a blue moon and wind up ignoring the call anyway.

Stupid IROC isn't fast enough. It's quick enough to scare me sometimes, but I need to do something about it. And holy christ ... traction is such an issue.
