Are you shooting for size or strength? Some of both? Remember, your triceps are roughly 2/3 of your arm if you're concerned about size. You don't have to be sore the next day to be making gains - rarely am I sore the next day. I've got a couple bicep specific routines here. I don't work biceps by themselves, so it's a treat when I have spare time and head to the gym to do one of the bicep routines. I haven't been able to finish the hypertrophy one yet because I simply cannot lift the weight up to do so.

Holy shit ... five minutes to myself. No one else in the house, no phones, no faxes, nothing. Amazing.

Doing a little better today. Evacuated 25 homes yesterday but none were damaged. Can't get a fire guard around it because 1) it's a steep mountain; 2) very dense forest; 3) low visibility; and 4) too dangerous. Won't be able to get any of the 200 guys sitting around up there to deal with spot fires until everything is destroyed and it isn't so dense. Could have all been prevented ... there is no excuse for not logging that area.

Just checking in real quick. Huge forest fire close (15 minutes away) from home up the mountain, so I've been posted there for quite some time. Grew from ~200 hectares to ~1900 in less than a day (around 2450 now). Jumped the river and now threatens a bunch of homes. Haven't been able to get the choppers and planes in due to heavy smoke.

I park the Silverado's the same across four parking stalls. Special vests for special people. Like I need to stand out any more. Dumb bitch would not shut the f!ck up the entire time we were there. "Is my car ok??!" Does it look like it's ok you idiot?

I may need to do that with the Uber soon, except it would fire towards the rear of the car. Would need to keep the spare though, and the amp won't fit on top of it under the floor. Perhaps a false floor may be in order. Shit, need to keep it real simple though - I don't want to have to deal with keeping it cool either. Have to do some measuring and see what I can do.

I'll have to check it out tomorrow - see if I can knock it around a little bit.

Have a little bit of spare money to throw around right now, so I may look at replacing the 9813. Nothing wrong with it - once in a while when you turn it on everything lights up and won't let you adjust anything on the unit. Shut it off and fire it back up makes it just fine. Maybe I'll look at the 9887 ... or the P9800BT ... or the DXZ775 ... or the CD5100. Shit, they are all way too fancy for me.

No room at all in them though. Teeny little cars. I was surprised and a little dissapointed. You've got two or three inches on me, and I had an awfully tight squeeze.

I'm physically falling apart ... or so it seems. Definitely going to the doctor on Tuesday to get everything looked at. Guess that's what happens when you don't go for the little things - everything compounds and all of a sudden you get hit by a shitwave of shit.
