Hell yeah - but cutting out and/or replacing certain foods/'food products' you should notice some changes. If you do not notice now, you will still thank yourself later for making the changes. Ensure that you still have some fat in your diet ... your body does need it. Even a "starving college student" can make wise choices and actually save money in the long run just by changing their eating habits and by cutting their hair and shaving

Way past my bedtime.

It makes sense since they release their last shoe (above) for Athens. But, with that new shoe comes a premium price, I'm sure.

I have heard that Adidas will release a new weightlifting shoe in December of this year, in which case I would just wait until then and get the new version. However, naturally ... I'm unable to confirm that

We'll see what they decided to charge me for shipping. Shipping within the US is $12.00, so if it is much more than that, maybe I'll see if I can have them shipped to one of you and then passed on up here.

Have to pick up a pair of those out of WA. Don't know my size, so hopefully whomever I speak with on Monday or Tuesday will allow me to send a cutout of my foot. Otherwise, I'll have to guess based on my dress shoe size.

With the Canadian dollar doing this well, I should be cleaning up and buying a lot of stuff from the US.

The blackout feature on my Alpine units is a nice bonus. I drove four hours in the dark tonight and it was sure nice with the display cut out. Almost hit a cougar. Boy, that would have made a nice blanket or rug.

Any new 2008 cars your excited about??

'08 CTS. I'm looking hard ... for something in that price range. -
I put the winter tires on today. 5-6" of snow already.

Looks ok. Basic 5x5 program with some filler shit. I wouldn't waste my time with bicep cable curls, tricep press downs, and machine pull-downs. Pull ups (overhand/pronated grip) and close grip bench press ... seem to be better choices. I'm laughing at the idea of giving that program to someone with none/little training experience and watching them try to do dumbbell presses on the stability ball.

My hamstrings are so tight that self myofascial release nearly makes me cry from the pain of rolling over a knot Higher reps such as that can be used as an aid in rehab of tendonitis. I have done something similar for my wrists/forearms.

I think I am finally able to use the 2007 MS Office software without swearing every fifteen seconds. Well, Excel, Word, and PP anyway ... I have not even looked at Access, Groove, InfoPath, OneNote or Publisher yet.

Of course I'm talking about art/music/drama.

You can't explain anything that is in the head of an art major.

I got the students to group themselves today and asked each group for one similarity and one difference between the parasympathetic and sympathetic divisions of the autonomic nervous system. I was getting great answers until I got to the group in the back. When I asked them for their difference, there was a long pause and I asked again - "Can you give me a difference between the parasympathetic and sympathetic divisions?" One group member spoke up and said: "Spelling." Nearly shit myself laughing.

Hopefully not! If you do fall into that category, I'm hoping you can participate in an alternative solution that does not involve needles.

Take human physiology instead [/shameless plug]

2 cups of maple and brown sugar oatmeal with a little bit of honey and original pancake syrup, four cut up strawberries, and a few raisins. 1 ruby red grapefruit. 2 cups green seedless grapes. 1/2 cup cottage cheese. 1/2 tin flaked tuna. A nice night-time snack before bed. I'm such a loser.

Three in the same day? One of your profs should give you permission to write on a different day, especially if it's a small(er) class.

I need to call my ISPs tech support ... but I have no interest in holding for 15 minutes and then speaking to someone who doesn't understand me / I can't understand them. The install CD is stuck on the "we're testing to see if your modem or gateway is already connected to your computer and our internet service" page and has been for half an hour. I clearly have internet, so I'm *guessing* duuurrrrrr that the internet is connected and is working. I need the stupid thing to flip to the next page so I can set up the wireless part. Useless.

Hello. There are stupid answers to questions indeed. I asked ... "What would be the cause of alkalosis (pH rising above ~7.45) of the blood?" and I get "Yawning" ... duuurrrrr .... I used an example with two turtles walking side by side and get "Can the turtles be swimming and diving instead of walking?" I then asked the girl if she was on mushrooms. Other than that, not much else to report. Did an in-depth look/analysis of four common weight room exercises and traveled a bit in the past couple weeks doing a series of lectures around BC/AB/WA/OR/ID. Should contribute nicely to the doctorate work. Research has been slow but progressive, so I'm pleased thus far. Training has been ... intense. Play like you're in first, practice like you're in second ... right? Audio wise - I have been thoroughly enjoying my towers (averaging at least half an hour per day versus half an hour per week before) lately. Nothing new in the mobile world. Will be building something new next summer for sure. Mom is looking at a new car and may dive into a entry-mid level BMW or Mercedes, so that will be interesting. She's shooting for next summer as her purchase date, so it will give her plenty of time to try out everything at least once. Hope all is well with you guys - I'll be back around regularly this coming weekend I hope. I have some marking to do, lectures to create, and assignments to re-structure ... but I'll check in for sure.

I'm here ... for a minute. Missed a lot, I'll catch up sometime soon. Been extremely (stupid) busy lately.
