    Welcome to the IHoP

My woman has zero common sense/real world skills. When it comes to anything outside of a textbook, she is absoltely useless.

    Creatine

I will add more as time goes on. I have been so busy with work, but I promise I will get to some new stuff shortly.

We'll see - although I do like your idea. Anything I do will be kept real simple ... just because I really don't have the time for any projects right now. I'm still at work

That's one quick little car. Should be a blast when it is all done.
  6. Use a weight that will enable you to learn the proper form first. With any exercise, especially the deadlift, proper technique is absolutely critical. Not only will you get the most you can out of the exercise, but posture is so very important and often left out of fitness assessments and every day life.

I haven't listened to the 300's stereo yet ... apparently it has the Boston Acoustics 6 speaker + subwoofer factory upgrade. If I can deal with it for the time being I'll keep it, but if not I'll grab some replacements. ( [2] pair 6x9's + 1 pair 3.5's)

Deephaven, iirc 1200 miles. Driving through ND again wouldn't be fun.

I guess all it took was me telling the salesman that I would "gut him like a fish" if he didn't find something soon. 2007 300C with 11,000 miles on it, listed for $24,400. The identical cars are listed from $28,000 to $32,000 across Canada. Might have to go look at this one. Find a nice grille and some 20's for it and 'call it a day' for a few years.

    Need Your Advice

Purpose: To purchase a vehicle 1-3 years old so I'm not the one who has to swallow the bulk of the depreciation; to purchase a vehicle that is comfortable for monthly (at minimum) 1200 km trips on the highway (through lots of snow in the winter). Narrowed it down to: Cadillac CTS w/ 3.6L Dodge Charger R/T w/ 5.7L Both rated similarly in terms of gas mileage and I would make use of the MDS on the Dodge. Love the comfort of the Cadillac but the interior is a little plain. The Charger makes me feel a little younger and the extra 100hp is attractive, albeit fuel consuming. Tough choice. Thoughts, opinions, experiences? Would love to hear what you guys have to say - especially if you have heard or experienced any problems.

    Adding a Supplement

You don't need either. Your daily diet likely has more protein in it that your body can 'handle' as it is. Remember, excess protein is converted and stored as fat. As for creatine, I typed up a whole ton of info a while back ... should be in one of the threads in here. Worth the read I guess. Everything these days is just the typical bodybuilding philosophy and influence. Unless you are going to be the next Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman, don't train like a bodybuilder.

What is your flow rate? Do you have a storage tank in the basement or buried in the yard?

Going bald next Friday. Bitches will love my haircut, and if they don't, they're skanks.

I don't understand how people can spend that kind of money and not go to class / fail numerous classes. I see it every single day. Oh well, I don't care if you pass or fail, I get paid either way.

That's most likely it. I've got one of those funky 120v plugs coming out of my Impala too lol You'll be able to tell by looking at the freeze plugs. Can't buy a vehicle without one of them there plug-ins here

Just simple blood work. I want to get a colonoscopy, endoscopy, and some upper GI shit done, but it's like trying to pull teeth. You should absolutely have an upper GI series done at the very least. Ask them to mix a little more water in with it so it isn't so thick. Barium is disgusting. Post-test, drink a lot of water to clear it out of you - you'll be shitting very dense, white bricks for a couple days I don't know why they won't let you get those tests done. I wouldn't accept that.
