HLCD + Adire Koda 6.5" or 8". Apparently all you'd need are the 8's and HLCD's for it to work well. ID CX64 from 45hz - 4khz. Three L7's would be nuts ... and at under $400, it seems like an awesome deal. Budget for head unit? 1500+ for $250-$300 can be done ... ebay style, or price matching.

Gold pate, good stuff. Wifes name? Dark red - cherry would be quite a lot more than pine. I could leave it bare and you could find a dark stain, or I could find something if you wanted. Price, honestly - look around and see what other boxes go for. I really don't know what they go for these days. Wood is pretty cheap. If you give a price that's too much I'll say forget it - I'm not out to rip you off like those knothead stores.

I listen to quite a bit of classic rock ... and I've been using more and more of it lately for SQ testing/adjusting/tuning/show off. Some of the stuff isn't recorded real well, but then you get stuff like Meatloaf

Fire dept. doesn't have any more. Well, they do ... but they're junk in my opinion. That and I'll be doing quite a bit of travel pretty quick here.

I didn't beat the guy. I'm proud to say my boy defended the uberwoofer very well, and beat the piss out of the asshole that tried to steal it.
