Thank you. Lots of time is spent on the grass and flowers.

For around a hundred bucks, they're very nice. They do what an entry level driver should do. I personally like them better than the Alpine Type S. Naturally, they won't sound as great as the Brahma, or get as loud as a 9500 series DD driver. It really is amazing to hear the difference different sized enclosures make - both ported and sealed. One 12", small sealed enclosure, and around 200-300 watts was more than enough in a little Geo Metro.

I played around with the internal volume and finally resorted to drilling a hole in the back, 'venting' it into the floor. Trial and error - see what you like.

The only bad thing = they're not the best on gas. Sure it's long and you can't park it real well ... that's why they have rear wheel steering and a huge bumper to help clear your parking spot. The new one we got (pictured above) is stupid fast for a vehicle that heavy and large. Fast enough to make me not want to drive it at a high speed.

But really though, what job did you get ?

He works at the zoo ... whacks the animals off.

Well no chit, of course you've seen them.

What I should've taken a picture of was the side of the road loaded with vehicles after the volunteer guys from other departments showed up in their own vehicles. Lifted Silverado's, 3500 Rams, Crew Cab F350's, bunch of dualies as well. You're trying to focus on what you're supposed to be doing, but one nice truck after another driving by makes it hard.

Sucks to hear about the homes burning down. The planes are back and forth over my house ... shake the hell out of it. The river is only 5000 feet away from my house - pretty neat seeing them dip down and pick up water. I need a tarp to cover my entire property. I'll be cleaning red fire retardent (yes, I said retard ... ha ha) off of my white siding for weeks. Kinda funny ... I mean it's up on the mountain behind our homes, nothing we can really do about it as firemen. So we just fudgeed the dog for a bit and then went back to the hall - now the planes are doing the entire mountain and pretty much everything else they want to.

Looks good ... awesome prices, too. Let me know what you think of the 10".

I would hope so ... it's got plenty of stickers to justify it.

It's funny seeing the look on the faces of hardware store employees when you ask them for striped paint. Even more hilarious when they go looking for it. Don't have to finish highschool to work in some of those goddamn places.

Dead in here tonight.

Very good thing - I wasn't expecting it to be this small. Fits inside an inside pocket in a suit rather nicely.

Quite lucky ... in fact, there's even a story behind that one you may even know about

Nice That'll do some damage.

Anyone ever use name brand speakers?
Chevy350TPI replied to 04BlueSRT's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
www.cdtaudio.com I enjoy a few models they offer. Seem pretty well priced, too. The $200 range offers a fair amount of options from the 'mainstream' brands. As with any speaker, I still have to suggest listening to as many different sets as possible locally to get a taste of what you like and what you don't like. -
Waaaaaaay too much crap to go through ... I'm not catching up this time.
