That would be a popular choice if I added it to the vote

This is not 'canadain car audio' in any way, shape, or form - this is SoundSolutionsAudio.com / TeamSSAudio.com. We don't model this forum based on 'canadian car audio' and what they do.

I just need something that does 40-60 watts x 2 @ 4ohm. I already have a CD player and the Omnifi. pucking Sony 100 disc changing is HUGE though ...

I gotta get off my ass and look for a HT receiver.

3/4" 'good-on-both-sides' baltic birch runs roughly $25 / sheet here. Canadian. So pocket change down there. I can't believe that they charge you $45 USD for that crap. The good birch ply that I used for my towers was ~ $80 / sheet.

I hearted it so much.

Unbelievable. That's three or four major, reported incidents from Fedex alone on just subwoofers in the past few days. That sucks. Glad you're being taken care of, though.

With the exception of the idiots - the trash is left at the door when you enter this place. Welcome to SSA -
Remember when I was interested in learning about them ... looking to purchase probably March or April. Need to get a real good idea of what I'll be getting now. http://www.compusa.com/products/product_in...36&pfp=compare& http://www.compusa.com/products/product_in...05&pfp=compare& http://www.toshiba.ca/web/product.grp?lg=e...rt=3411#spectop I've got roughly $1650 USD for a nice deposit on one right now, so somewhere in there would be great ... give or take a couple bills. The Sony is probably a little too expensive. Remember, I don't know computers. Only thing I really want is a 17" screen. I don't know the whole fudgein' deal with the gigahertz bullchit, the RAM crap, so on and so forth. Computer I'm using now is 2.00 ghz and 512MB RAM ... and I wouldn't like to deal with anything slower. Opinions, suggestions. The Toshiba above is looking pretty damn nice. This Toshiba looks great, but I don't understand the gobblygook T2300 crap - http://www.toshiba.ca/web/product.grp?lg=e...rt=3411#spectop (also with this one, how much is it to "expand" the memory, is it worth it, how much would you go for, anything else needed, would there be a huge difference ...) Team Ramrod.

Closest one is six hours away

Yeah, I saw that. In my opinion, it's worth the extra $150 to buy it locally.

Are you going on in the health sciences? It's a good course - I liked it. Two of favorite topics were electrophysiology and neuroanatomy. If you've taken A, P, or A & P before you should have good base knowledge to build fom.
-
Absolutely not.

Stupid supplement place. Walked in ... "Hey, I'm looking for a muscle builder. You know what I'm looking for, I know what I'm looking for. Doesn't have to be on the shelf for me to buy it." 'Sorry, we don't have any under the counter products here.' Buullllllchit. Guess I talked to the wrong guy.

I went and got a price on the P100 today. $2316 CAD with tax. $2037 USD. That's just under $40 more than the Toshiba.ca website. Definitely willing to spend that extra $40 to get it from a local dealer.
-
I forgot to mention it in the newsletter. Damnit.

If I bought it from a supplements place in the US and had it shipped up here and it was marked on the box, they'd open it, pop a few, and send them back at my expense. It's just not worth the risk of trying to ship them up here. I'm going to try and see the local place has. Pretty shady place, but now that I'm teaching I'll get the lab to test it so I don't die. On the topic of teaching, it's amazing just how many stupid people actually get into college. Really. It's unbelievable.

They seem to work fairly well, but you're right - I hate the taste of them I'm interested in stuff that the stupid pucking Canadian goverment doesn't allow in Canada. Pisses me off. Can't even buy DHEA in Canada!

I'm about to cut my fingers and knees off. Joint pain FTL.
